Zoho Form no longer allows me to upload Japanese file names.

Zoho Form no longer allows me to upload Japanese file names.

Since around 7/20/2021, the file upload function of Zoho Form has been unable to complete the upload of files with Japanese names, and the files cannot be sent.
If I change the file name to alphanumeric, the file is uploaded without any problem.

I'm experiencing the same problem with multiple Zoho Form accounts, and I'm having a hard time because I'm using it to process a large number of users at the end of the month.
I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

I haven't changed any settings in particular, but is it something that can be solved by settings?
