Hi team – I'm hoping someone might have a solution to an issue relating to Zoho Form submissions overwriting rather than appending Multi-Select properties in Zoho CRM.

Basically, I’m trying to use a Multi-Select property to 'tag' contacts based on their interests (in our different programs, events, appeals etc.). This will then be used to segment our contacts, so we only send them information relevant to their interests.

This Multi-Select property is updated by either i) users selecting their own interests on a contact form; or ii) using hidden fields on different forms. However, when the data is sent from Zoho Forms to the property, it overwrites the Multi-Select selection rather than appending it.

I'm assuming there's a workaround using workflows which I'm missing? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
