La gestion des stocks est un élément crucial de votre chaîne d'approvisionnement générale qui vous permet de suivre l'acquisition, le stockage et la vente de vos produits, à tout moment. Malheureusement, la gestion des stocks, lorsqu'elle est effectuée manuellement, est laborieuse, exigeante en temps et risque d'entraîner des erreurs qui peut avoir des répercussions négatives sur votre entreprise. Lorsque vous pouvez suivre automatiquement la quantité de stock que vous savez où il se trouve exactement, la gestion de vos stocks devient efficace et améliore ainsi les opérations commerciales. Il s'agit d'un système capable d'exécuter des tâches répétitives en quasi-autonomie dèsqu'un ensemble de règles a été mis en place. L'automatisation vous permet non seulement d'avoir une visibilité en temps réel sur vos niveaux de stock, mais aussi de mettre à jour automatiquement votre inventaire lorsqu'une vente est effectuée. Cette fonction est essentielle non seulement pour établir des prévisions précises, mais aussi pour offrir une bonne expérience au client en évitant la survente.

La précision des rapports et des informations est essentielle à la réussite de toute entreprise.
