Our site has been inoperable since at least November 10th. I have made numerous calls to technical support to get an update. EVERY time I call, I am being told the same thing...they are working on it. Give us one or two more days. It has almost been a month and we cannot sign up new customers or receive orders. We are dead in the water. When I ask to talk to the next level, I get transferred and talk to someone and then eventually get absolutely no where. I am at a loss right now and don't know what else to do other than shutdown the website and rebuild somewhere else......very frustrated.
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk) In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.
