Zoho payroll is not IRS MEF (e-filer)

Please note that zoho payroll is not a 94x Modernized e-File (MeF) providers according to the IRS. This means zoho payroll cannot e-file. Its a pretty horrible product as of now, in fact it cant even create the 940 and 941 pdfs, let alone e-file. If you are looking for a list of providers, look here


Thus the steps to prepare 940 and 941 (using zoho payroll):
1. Get data from Zoho Payroll
2. Manually fill out the 940 and 941 IRS pdf forms (since zoho payroll cannot generate the pds). LOL
3. Mail in the forms (that you created) with a check to the IRS. 

I paid $130 for a year of this product, what did I actually pay for? ;-)
