Zoho Portals for Clients
I have a kit home business and I have a custom Build module for clients. I want to give them access to this module through a portal, so they can enter dates and see the typical build flow.
If I allow Create/Edit, the client can setup multiple Jobs. I just want them to be able to access their Job only and it updates in the master. However, if they do create a job, it doesn't show up in the master CRM - only theirs.
If I allow View only, they can't start a new Job, but they can't edit the dates etc.
If I create a Canvas view, most of the functions don't work.
Is there a way to only have a client see their information and update the details, but not create more jobs?
Can Portals be set up so the link goes directly to their Job in a custom module and they can edit, but not add anything?
