Zoho Sales IQ Zobot does not save new chats to leads despite being integrated

So I tested some features of Zoho Sales IQ by creating a Zobot based on a Youtube Tutorial which simply ask the user information such as their name, birthday, and phone number. I also integrated a Zoho CRM account using the integrations menu. However, after I test the chatbot which is integrated to a website, the new inputs does not appear in the Zoho CRM leads despite being present in the Zoho Sales IQ closed chats
