Zoho SalesIQ is getting more secure with the TLS version upgrade!
Hello everyone,
To keep your communication with Zoho SalesIQ more secure, we will be retiring the support for early TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 by March 1, 2019. So, if the visitor is not accessing your website with the below-mentioned browser versions that support the TLS version 1.2, then SalesIQ will not be able to track the visitor or display the SalesIQ chat widget. You (Operator) may also face the compatibility issue in the operator console if you're not using the supported browser version to access Zoho SalesIQ.
What is SSL/Early TLS?
Transport Layer Security (TLS), formerly Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), is the old security standard for setting up connections between systems. It requires encrypting information in transit to ensure privacy and authenticating the systems involved to make sure information doesn't end up in the wrong hands.
Browser versions we support :
- Internet Explorer version 11 or above ( For IE 9 & IE 10 visitor should change the settings to enable TLS 1.2 )
- Google Chrome version 30 or above
- Mozilla Firefox 27 or above
- Safari 7 or above
Mobile versions we support :
If the visitor accesses your applications through a mobile platform, it must belong to the following specifications:
- Google Android version 4.1 or above
- iOS 5.1 or above

Hi, I'm using AdWords Integration with Zoho CRM using a third party webform and can't manage to insert the "gclid" parameter via Zoho CRM API Leads endpoint (version 2).
