Zoho ShowTime for Teams!

Hello everyone!

We love working in teams here at Zoho, and that's why we've come up with the new ShowTime for Organizations.

Zoho ShowTime's admin console helps you create and manage your team of trainers within a single unified portal. Be it HR, sales, or training, you can invite users to join your organization portal and host multiple sessions simultaneously.

Here's everything you need to know about the update:
  • As a user you can now purchase a single ShowTime account for your organization and manage your entire team of trainers.
  • The Super Admin (the one who created the account) can assemble a team, track the performance of trainers and view audience engagement data.
  • The Super Admin and Admins can transfer trainer licenses from existing to new trainers to accommodate new hires and shifting roles.
  • The Super Admin and Admins can also manage their training teams, and all their activities and sessions, from a single place known as the Admin Console. 
Follow these steps to get your Showtime organization up and running:

1. Set up your organization account.
Log in to your Zoho ShowTime account and choose either create your own organization portal or join an existing portal. If you choose to create a new organization account, you can then set up the organization profile and specify the details of your organization.

Note: If you are already an existing ShowTime user, then you'll automatically be upgraded to the organization setup and you can create the organization profile .

2. Master the Admin Console

The Admin Center is the central space for managing and controlling all of your organization's activities. It has four tabs:

Manage Plan Details
This section has all the details about your existing subscription and usage details like the number of trainer licenses and recording storage used.
        

Manage Users
This section allows you to invite new users, accept pending invitations, and remove existing users. The number of trainers that can be added to the portal depends on the number of Trainer Licenses you have.

   

Organization Profile
In this section, you can view and edit all the organization's details, such as the organization name, description, logo, and social media links.This allows you to showcase the accomplishments of your organization to prospective customers.



Dashboard
The dashboard contains detailed analytics of all sessions completed including audience engagement data, attendee vs registrant attrition rate, and a trainer leaderboard.
