Zoho-Sites: commerce/payment options?
I am currently building a website for one of my schools with Zoho-Sites. This web-site would mainly provide information and contact options for our school (in the Netherlands), but we are also planning to offer some (few) educational tools and lesson materials for sale. In short, we don't need a whole web-shop, but just a page with a 'commerce/payment/shopping cart-option'.
On Zoho-Sites I did not see any options to add a 'shop-page' or insert a "commerce module", or something along those lines. How does that work with Zoho-Sites?

I am trying to auto generate an invoice when a deal is marked as "closed won" and "payment status" (a custom field) is set to "Invoice". I then want to automatically send the invoice to a client to pay with credit card via the PayPal integration (or another option if one exists that allows credit card). I am using the "payment status" field to differntatie between deals closed won that were payed with cash from those that need to be invoiced etc. What is the best way to handle this?Is it possible to customise the lead conversion page in Zoho CRM?

Is there no way to make things like under Calls "Call Duration" or "Call Start Time" or under Potentials "Close Date" not mandatory? These fields are useless for my organization and waste time but the box is grayed out to not make them mandatory. It'sI am not the CEO.
I signed up for the basic Zoho and it lists me as CEO. Apparently others have this same issue. If we are not allowed to change the "role" then perhaps the default should be more generic. A former employee created a list for some campaigns. When I look at "All Lists" under Contacts that list "Newsletter Subscribers" is not included. The only place I can see it is after I click "Recipients" when creating a new campaign. , but it is not listed under Contact Lists. 1) How do I make me the owner/creator of that list since the original creator no longer works for me? 2) How do I add it to the listing of lists under Contacts? 3) How do I update the list with new subscribers?
