We publish data standards (schemas, code lists, data dictionary, etc) and make them available to member companies online on our website. We use Zoho Subscription to manage the membership and Zoho Sites Member Portal to manage access control to the standards documentation.
When a member joins through Zoho Subscription they are invited to join the Zoho Sites Member Portal (automated through Zoho Flow). That part all works great. They click a link on the invitation and they are able to access the site.
PROBLEM SCENARIO: If a member doesn't pay their renewal on a timely basis, I need to revoke their access to the Member Portal. (I assume I can do this through flow as well). However, if a few days later they pay their dues, I want to reinstate their Member Portal access, but I don't want to force them to create new credentials.
Many of our members are very large companies and getting timely payment from their Accounts Payable departments is a chronic challenge.
Is there some way to park or disable Member Portal access without deleting it completely so that when they do pay the invoice, it is not a manual process for me to reinstate and force them to rejoin the portal?
