Dear zoho team,
I'm opening this as a discussion of how effectively you can run the online system and cloud to all users you cover.
In general I'm. Not big fan of cloud based systems because it needs alot of team to keep everything up and most companies don't have such team.
But when I checked zoho I was impressed how organized and neat it looks. So I suggested our management to test zoho and we started with zoho books.
For Now, we are trying to add our team to our paid zoho book package, and we keep getting error.
My issue is not the error, my issue is that we complained 3 times since 10days and still nobody even tried to help.
I'm wondering it takes around 2 weeks to check our simple issue of adding users, then what would zoho do if you faced big issue such as cloud failure. Where all users won't be able too access their files and data since it is cloud based.

I recommend you to hire. Professional team who can monitor and solve immediately.
Be sure that all users don't need sweet talks from the customer support, they need real. Support.
Technical people who can solve their issue within minutes, because every minute count since everything is on cloud.
I would like to know others ideas
