My team and I are currently facing this issue.
As the title suggests, it happened over night. The workflow rules dictates the automation to send an email when a status has been changed to a specific one. In this case, 'from any status' to 'Hired'.
However no email has sent to the relevant parties. I have ran several tests to identify the root of the issue.
- It didn't work with older profiles (candidates created before the month of December 2020)
- A newly created test profile could trigger the automation by status change (as it should)
I have emailed Zoho support regarding this issue but have yet to hear from. If the Zoho user community has experienced this and found a way around it , it would be of great help that you share your wisdom.
