Dear Zoho Users,
I have Zoho Books premium subscription, I have created a email alerts workflow for Invoices and following are the configurations for the same:
1. Workflow for Invoice module
2. Choose when to tigger - created or edited
3. Filter the triggers
a. Status is Sent
OR
b. Status is Overdue
AND
c. Subject is XYZ
AND
d. Balance > 0.00
AND
e. Status isn't Paid
4. Actions as per following
Time based action - Execution Time is 10 days before due date - Email alerts as per selected Templated.
Above is the workflow setup done by me, and the workflow is being executed but the problem is that it is also sending me email alerts for paid Invoices even after the above workflow setup.
Can somebody help with this issue or knows how to resolve this.
PS: I know I can use Reminders but this is required for two different email templates based on data in subject, which is entered while creating the Invoice.
