Zoho Writer Glitches: Extension for Clipboard, Disappearing Texts and Shareable Links that DO NOT WORK!!!

The Writer application seems to be innovative and possesses great potential unfortunately for too long I have experienced glitches which have a severe impact on my productivity and momentum while working on a project. 

As a Zoho One user since 2017 I expected that Zoho would manage their customer expectations on core products like Writer which processes documents at the foundational level (idea stage) before iteration throughout the product or service life-cycle.   

In comparison to the typewriter, Microsoft Word and Google Docs, Zoho Writer far surpasses them with potential but fails to deliver with consistency in performance which at times degrades it's rating to a level lower than a manual typewriter? 

I am using this forum to raise awareness to these issues with the hopes that Zoho will address them publicly so that current users are assured that there issues are addressed and meanwhile warn potential users of the loss in productivity by using Writer. 

For the past 3 days I have experienced a swath of issues with a 19000 word document that currently: Cannot be accessed, modified or shared!  This problem has a domino effect on deadlines, momentum and morale.  To make matters worse the document indicates the correct word count but unfortunately does not display over one-half of the words that it should. 

I have created ticket #72677024 yesterday however no solution has been found.  I am sharing the public url here so that the community may weigh in on my perspectives and either temper my expectations and frustrations with reality or fortify my perspective. 

My questions to Zoho are:
  1. When can I expect resolution of this issue?
  2. How many times do you think that as a paid/free user I had to contact Google Docs for support?
  3. How many times do you think that I had to contact Microsoft to request support for Word?
  4. Why can Writer publish to Wordpress, Blogger, LinkedIn and Facebook but not Zoho Blog?
  5. Why does my clipboard not work even though the extension is installed on Chrome?
