How to list all values on the filter list but pre-select specific values as default?
I'm trying to pre-select some specific values from a multi-select field based user filter on a report graph. When I specify the default filter values and also select the "List All Values" option as the "value selection" then the graph is being created with the filter values but all the values are not being presented to the user. What am I doing wrong?Can I increase the refresh-rate of charts in published reports?
Hey there, I have a published dashboard in analytics that I share with my teammates to plan production of a product. In there is a chart with a weekly overview of planned production and deliveries that we use to check if we have to make changes. Below the chart my teammates can make entries into a embedded Zoho Creator form to enter new production data and new deliveries. Hello. I've created query that combines 3 or more tables and added several user filters to ease my searching in future. Now I'm using these filters to extract a certain set of data. The thing is.. I have like more than 20 to 40 criteria that I need to select on user filter in order to extract one set of data that I need. When a data row has a cell with a long string, this view (View Underlying Data) word-wraps the string expanding the row to fit all the text into the cell. This means that tables that have rows with long strings only display one or two rows. The display of rows should be limited to one line and 20 characters per cell. That way the user can see multiple rows in the underlying table. This makes the "View Underlying Data" view more useful. While creating reports in Zoho Analytics, i find that using the "teeny-weeny" selection boxes for filters is a real pain. Click, click, click, click, check!, Click, click, click, ciick, click, click, click, click, check! Click, click,click... See what I mean? I need help setting targets on each month. Let's say starting on January 2019, our target is 100. On February, we increase it by 3 (100+3 = 103) so it becomes 103. We want to add 3 each month until December 2019. Hi Team, I have a user filter at the top of my dashboard. The filter is referencing a column that has three values (Yes, No, and blank value). The blank value is actually empty not text saying blank value. The user filter provides a choice of Yes, No, and Unknown.
