Hello! I just noticed that all the data we've synced from Zoho Recruit are displaying incorrect date. I've checked Zoho Recruit and the date there are correct. Hi everyone, we have a custom CRM system we built and we were looking at Zoho for its reporting capabilities. So for example we might have a chart on a dashboard that shows opportunities, with how many are in each stage of a sales funnel. If I click on the opportunity name, I'd love it if it was able to open a new tab and go to a URL that I specify, being the URL to this record in our CRM system. It has been a while since I imported data using a local mysql instance, but I am trying to set something up right now. Anyway, on the "how do you want to import" part of the setup, I do not see an option to add new records and update existing records. In fact, the two options not greyed out at "add records at the end" and "delete existing records and add". With this, it seems like the best option would be the delete and add option. I am having trouble with line breaks being inserted into group_concat string when the value is non-existent (null). Hi there, I'd like to create a formula to calculate the duration between 2 session time, but also return null if the duration is > 30 minutes (reason : these are false value, bug related, don't want to display them...) So I tried If('Timediff("sessionEnd","sessionStart")' > '00:30:00','null','Timediff("sessionEnd", "sessionStart")') but I only get null result, even when duration is less than 30min. I think it would be a good idea, and extremely useful to than run other calculations off those new calculated columns (currently unavailable as a feature).
