Computer Showing Offline in Unattended Access
I have a computer that was connected to the internet but showing offline in Assist. I tried uninstalling the program and deleting it from Zoho Assist the reinstalling and it still does not show up. I have been a user for several months and am not pleased with the lack of connectivity with Assist. If this continues I will have to find another product. The computer I reinstalled it on is not even showing up in Assist now. The name is NYRVLI-PC. Thanks
Unattended Installer failure Error 1001
I found by renaming the PC I was installing and trying again it work. This has happened several times when cloning and installing many pcs and forgetting to change the computer name before installing Zoho assist. Somehow I think the computer name is getting
Unattended agent. Consent of the client connection.
After installing Unattended agent on the client computer, the default operator is able to connect to your computer at any time without notice on the opening session of the connection, which is a violation. The user should have the choice to allow or deny the connection request to connect.
Slow remote access
I'm testing Assist with unattended remote access and the connection is very slow. I'm testing to another PC on my network and it is so much slower than Team Viewer. Is it just the Zoho Assist software?
Unattended Multi Monitors Error
I recently upgraded to Zoho Assist Professional. Once I upgraded, I started receiving an error message on my unattended PC's when I attempted to change monitors; "You're currently in free edition. Upgrade now to access this feature." I contacted Zoho Assist support and received this reply. We had a breakage in our features earlier due to which the Send CTRL+ALT+DEL and the multi Monitor navigation options were also available for the Unattended Access computers in limited features. That

Unattended Computers Problems and Suggestions
Hello, I have been trying Assist (What to move away from LogMeIn Central) and see some problems and have some suggestions. Problems 1) Takes a long time to connect to an unattended computer. (this problem is keeping me from pressing the buy button) As I connect to multiple servers every morning. 2) When closing a session the desktop app closes so I have to reopen it to access another server Suggestions 1) Have a scheduled reboot option (I use this in central) 2) Option on unattended app to hide

Hello Zoho Team! I switched to your zoho support last year and apart from the odd niggle, it's been great. Now on to zoho assist. For my remote support, I used to use simple help (due to price) but it the client installer was blocked by many of the main AV programs making assisted connections a frustrating experience. I bit the bullet and switched to gotoassist which has been great apart from the serious price tag that came with it. I am due to renew this in April but I am now testing zoho assist
