Good morning, We use ZohoUnattended.msi to install the unattended client during our imaging process. We've recently started receiving the error "failed to create unattended service" during installation. I've emailed the log files to support@zohoassist.com. Your help is much appreciated.

Unattended Support - Server loses ability to login - Black Screen Only
After installing Zoho Assist unattended access ; I successfully tested; but quickly after installing the client the login screen has gone black, and I am unable to wake it up or pass credentials via Zoho Unattended Access or even via the local keyboard. This happened pretty much immediately after adding Zoho Unattended service to the server. Server 2012 R2 is the OS. Any known issues that have some workarounds/resolutions I can try. I hate to have to remove the product as it seems very promising
Cannot connect to customers using Safari on Mac OSx Sierra
My agents are not able to connect via Assist to customers who have updated their Mac's to OS Sierra. Is this a known issue and/or is anyone else experiencing the same with your clients?

On all my devices I get a screen that says can't connect right now. Is the service down? When will it be back?
zoho assist desktop plugin not working
Hi Guys, I have the zoho assist desktop plug in on my laptop and it's worked great till now. When I launch it I simply get a red bar stating it cant connect right now. It works on my other desktop computer just fine. I tried to reinstall it however it's still not working. Can anyone please help? Cheers.

It has been reported that Customers are not able to join remote support session and Technicians not being able to download Unattended Installer using Google Chrome browser. Google has implemented a few updates to browser settings that it's not allowing applications to get downloaded. We're actively looking into the issue and will resolve it ASAP. Once fixed, I'll update it here. Until then, please guide your customers to use other browsers like Firefox. Sorry for the inconveniences caused, if any.
Customer gets UAC prompt when running join.exe after downloading from the join session web page
I have been evaluating zoho assist. I am very happy with the product, but there is a small issue which I hope can be resolved. So I invite someone to join a session for assistance. This customer visits the join session web page, enters the session ID and is directed to download the join.exe program. Customer is running Windows 10, logged in as an Admin User. When they run the downloaded join.exe program they get a UAC prompt. (Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?... program name
Cannot Setup Unattended Access
I am brand new to Zoho Assist and it is not starting off well. Every time I try to set up unattended access I get: It doesn't matter what name I put in or what computer I try to set it up on I get the same problem. This is a critical feature for me, please help. Thank you

Unattended Client tray icon not shwoing on some client PCs
Hi. Ive having an occassional problem where unattended client PCs don't always show the tray icon. This is often not a problem, however does cause difficulties where the client PC has access disabled. This can usually be fixed by reinstalling the client s/w but recently had a situation where it did not. What causes this problem and what can i do to reliably fix please...? Thanks.
Unattended Remote Access
We started using Zoho to support our Customers remotely. We do most of our work using the Unattended Support feature. The problem we had is that after installing the unattended app, our remote machines would show that they were "Offline" when we know that they are online. Start Session isn't working in Windows desktop client
Since the latest client update on my Win 10 PC (zohotray.exe 1.0.2.7 23/5/16) I can't Start Session. Nothing happens in the window when I click. It works ok when you right-click the system tray icon, bottom right, and choose Start Session there. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Any other thoughts? Thanks, Mike.
Android App - can not open any unattended computers from list
Hi One of our employees has 3 x computers in his unattended list, available and working from the computer / web based system without problem. However in the Android App he can not click to open any of these computers, it simply does nothing, tap on the computer name (online with green icon) and literally nothing happens. He has a Nexus 5X phone on Android 6.0.1 However I myself have a HTC 10 also on Android 6.0.1 and it works fine. Any ideas what we can try on his phone?
User List
As we tend to use Assist for remote assistance of our company computers. Is there a way to have a list of users (dropdown etc) that we can do a simple invite to session? currently we have to type of the email addresses each and every time.
Feature Request ZOHO support intergration
Would like to have a way of opening a service ticket (linked to Support) when ever i start a session. It Needs to be logged into zoho support and to Zoho CRM in the account file the ticket should track the amount of time the tech spent on the call and any note's the tech put into a notes
Android App - mouse pointer design request ...
Firstly thank you for getting the Android App running for Assist. Can I make a request though please; Can you change the focus point for the mouse so your finger is not covering the cursor when dragging / clicking? What I mean is, currently you have to tap the screen exactly on the mouse cursor, meaning you can not see what you are about to click as your finger is over the mouse cursor at that moment of dragging to a location on screen ... With the latest update, Grouping feature is available for unattended computers. You can organize your remote unattended computers based on your preference in to several groups for effective management. Login to your account and start grouping your computers, if you haven't already done it. We've also fine-tuned the speed, and quality of remote access sessions and have reduced the memory usage to ensure better performance. Losing Click on a Mac

Cannot delete technician
There is a technician listed in my Assist account which I did not create. The username is un1423514760658r41id I cannot delete it either.
Problem with session reports number
Hello, when i get session reports i can only view 20 entries, if I click on Next to view more or select to show more than 20 entries per page, i get a blank page. I have tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome and same result. Please help.
Unattended Access
We downloaded the FREE version of Assist to determine if this is a better solution then we currently use. We added one computer under remote access - when I select Add Computer under Unattended Computers it downloads file. Saying Unattended Access has been configured but does not show option or Prompt for information for the remote computer I am trying to add. Is this because it is the Free version and I am not seeing or able to add computers or am I missing another menu somewhere?
Take Screenshot in remote session
Hi, Great tool Zoho Assist. I think it would be a good idea to be able to take a screenshot of a remote session. I am fully aware I can just tap print screen, but this will include my browser window and anything else I have on screen - and also the remote session resolution will not be good. By having a "Take Screenshot" option, it could take a shot of the remote screen and save it as a native resolution image. Run as service password
When trying to run as a service, the box for credentials pops up, but it will not take local admin credentials. I put in the local admin username and password and it does not elevate the session. It just says incorrect username/password. I have had this problem on both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machines. I know the credentials are correct because when I go on site and log in, the credentials work properly.

Hi, My company just bought one license of Assist. Im the one suppose to be using that license but when I log in with my user it says is still a free trial. Is there anyway I can use that license please let me know Regards

Hi I know I can connect to a remote client using a web browser on my Android device, but the quality is poor. Choosing Actual size makes it readable, but I can't move the mouse pointer around, and the screen scrolls uncontrollably. Do you plan to release an Android app for Zoho Assist? Regards Preston
unattended access offline if service is started while offline
hi! I have noticed an unwanted behavior with Zoho Assist unattended mode. if a computer is started while it is not connected to the internet, Zoho Assist will not go online once the connection is on. service restart fixes the problem, but it is not a solution. I suspect this can be quickly fixed, because agent does reconnect, if it was online and the connection goes down for some time. seems that only the service startup while offline creates a problem. I hope you got my point. thanx!
Unattended session loses connection
I am experiencing a frequent issue. I utilize the unattended sessions for all of our devices. I am finding that I consistently lose connection to many machines and the only way to get it back is to either restart the unattended service or to reboot the computer. These machines have not lost Internet connectivity or gone to sleep.
Not able to type characters in VirtualBox VM while using Assist
I am connected to a machine using Zoho Assist, and I have a Windows 7 VM up in VirtualBox. Yesterday I was able to type a character into (for example) Notepad, but once I entered that first character, every other character I typed outputted that same first character. Now today I am unable to type in any characters. Everything I type does not output to the screen. I have tried rebooting the VM and also the host machine that I am connecting to.

Hello, When I view my unattended computers after logging into meetinglab.zoho.com, I have noticed three different statuses, one of which (yellow) I cannot understand. Is there documentation explaining each of these? Green circle - Awake and available for remote session. Grey circle - Unavailable. I have seen this when the remote computer is asleep or turned off. Problems with windows 7 to windows 10 remote assistance
I have windows 10 and he has windows 7. Although we are using the same screen resolution, when I control his screen everything is fine but when its the other way around, he sees my screen only on half of his screen, and his cursor is not clicking on the right things for example there is the new tab button, he is trying to click it on his side but in fact it is much farther right on my screen than what he sees it.... very weird problem. changing the settings "best fit or actual size" doesn't make

Get Support plug in - suggestions for improvement
Big picture what I would like to see is: a desktop icon on the remote customer's machine that initiates a remote support session back to me - no session id numbers! This would be a cross of 1) Unattended Access and 2) the existing Get Support desktop plug in. This would keep the remote customer in control of when their desktop is shared, but would remove a lot of the technical bumps with downloading Join.exe. Hi, I was pleased to log in today and find groups available to the unattended computers in the web portal J . How ever I seem to have already broken it L. I moved a computer to the wrong group, moved it to the correct group and now appears in both groups. I tried removing the computer but that removes it from the whole system. Problems running in service mode
As of lately myself and my colleagues have been unable to switch to Service Mode on some PCs. This only occurs on PCs where the user themselves do not have admin rights. When we click on Run as Service, and enter the proper credentials, we get a popup box that shows "Problem running Zoho in service mode" or something to that effect, I didn't write down the exact message. Willing to test internally or anything else required to get this functioning again, as it has worked in the past.
