We would like to use subscriptions to sell license keys for our software. Requirements are: 1. A company purchases 50 subscriptions. 2. Purchaser gets 50 license keys. 3. Purchaser can log in to their client portal and see a menu item in the left nav "Licenses" 4. Purchaser can see a list of licenses they own. 5. Zoho Subscription account deletion
Hi I have both a Zoho invoice and subscribed for the Zoho Subscriptions trial. It ended a while back while I still had active subscriptions but I decided that I do not want to continue using it as it performs most of the tasks that Zoho Invoice performs. I tried deleting the subscriptions in Zoho Subscription as it is still billing my customers and so is Zoho Invoice. Upon my attempt at deleting the subscriptions I get an error stating that I need to upgrade first which for me is not an option as
Session based subscription
Hi, Is it possible to cater for the following scenario: Software with a costing model of a set number of uses on a periodic billing cycle. Can subscriptions cater for a plan with a limited number of sessions? I assume that a custom field will have to be created on the Customer record to keep track of the sessions (custom field to be updated by API calls from the software as the customer logs on to keep track of number of sessions used). Or is there a better way? thanks chris
MRR (and ARPU and LTV). Are these numbers including, or excluding tax?

How to perform an Upgrade
I can't find any way to upgrade a subscription to a higher package. How is this done using Zoho Subscriptions? I have looked through and can't find any way to just upgrade the subscription. I did one where I canceled their subscription then activated a new one but this hurts my stats as it shows up as a cancellation which it is not, it is an upgrade.
Cancel Subscription From CRM
Hello, I've been wondering this for a while and can't seem to find anything on it. Not even support could help me in this issue, maybe you guys can offer some advice. I want to be able to cancel a Subscription from CRM when a field update is recorded. Is this possible? I am not interested in running the Zoho Financial Suite as it messes with the system we have. Ability to setup Yearly, Quarterly, or Monthly Payment terms
Hi, I am looking to be able to setup a subscription that will automatically renew yearly but have the ability to have flexible payment terms to allow customers to pay annually, quarterly, or monthly. Does anyone know if this is possible?
How to restart the subscription and charge the credit card?
I have a product where customers can have 15 visits over 3 months. After 3 months the subscription automatically renews, which is perfect. However if the customer uses the 15 visits before the end of the period how do I get subscriptions to automatically restart the subscription and charge the credit card?
"Sorry, You dont' have required access"
Was hoping somebody could help, as we cant get any response from Zoho. All our subscriptiosn are now show this error "Sorry, You dont' have required access" when you use the url from the plan. It started about a week ago. I've tried creating new ones and they have the exact same issue. Before you ask yes we have a paying subcription, no we cant get any response out of zoho, we ring and can only leave a message that is never answered and our emails to support fall on deaf ears. Subscriptions for small magazine publication
We are considering moving from a manual Excel, PayPal, QuickBooks process to using Zoho Subscriptions to manage a small magazine publication. We are looking to add recurring billing, recurring payments, expiration notices, group emails, mailing labels and list export functions to our capabilities. Customize invoice/receipt to JUST show Total price
Hi- Can you please tell me how to customize the invoice in Zoho Subscriptions so that it doesn't show each line-item but instead only displays the TOTAL price? Thank you in advance!
Customer shipping details
As part of our subscription service we provide the customer with a physical product. We currently use integrated labels (we print out the customer invoice which has a sticky label for the customer address). Unfortunately it doesn’t appear to be possible to align the Zoho subscriptions invoice template so it matches the integrated label. What other methods are there to extract customer shipping details from Subscriptions? Thanks for your help

What are the methods of getting the customers shipping details from Zoho subscriptions so we can post out to them? Hi I am using Zoho One. I have account and contact sync set up between CRM and Subscriptions. Accounts and contacts are showing in Subscriptions. Contacts have email addresses. I start a new subscription. I select one of the accounts. It tells me that the email address is missing. I manually enter it. It says "The email address you're about to add/update already exists within the contact (Contact or associated contact persons). Make sure that the email address you provide is unique." Hi I have loaded the clients in CRM and synced to Subscriptions. I have created a product and a plan. I am trying to create a new subscription for a client. In order to do so, it appears that I need their card details. I have no method to receive their card information that is secure and compliant with applicable laws. FONT - RTL in zoho subscriptions - bug!
In one of the invoice templates I can select FONT - RTL but when I try to save I get error message. This font is available in just one template, in other ones it is gone. I tried Zoho Invoices and there I can select this font without problems. I would appreciate help as I really need RTL font with arabic support.
Customer CSV Import
Hello, I am trying to import a list of customers via CSV import - my customer list has some items that have duplicated customer display names. I have set the option in the preferences to Allow Duplicate Customer Display Names, however when I try to import via CSV - it won't allow the duplicates but it will allow me to create duplicates if I create them via the UI. We have all of our standard pricing assigned and sales reps are selling monthly alarm services to clients but sometimes want to apply a monthly discount. (Not sure to which forum this question belongs :-) ) I'd like to know if "unlimited records" really means "unlimited" or is there a very high limit or a maximum number of attributes or columns I could create or do you just slow down my performance? and I'd like to know if there is a performance impact regarding the number of records I create? I use zoho suscription with payment with gocardless. The process is the following: day 1 invoice day 1 sends a charge to gocardless 6 day gocardless charges the customer day 9 gpcardless pays transfer to our account day 12 customer returns receipt to gocardless But in zohosuscriptions it still appears as an invoice charged so that the failed collection process is not initiated nor can an email be sent to the customer claiming payment. Hi, we are working with a leading association in our industry and looking to add a unique coupon code for each of the nearly 40,000 corporate members. Zoho Subscription for milk delivery
Hey i am trying to use Zoho Subscription for my dairy business. I have created different plans for 1 liter, 2 liter and 3 liter which will be billed monthly. I have defined the unit price as per liter pricing of the milk. Now how do i change the price for every month since in some months we have 30 days and in some other month we have 31 days. if there is a better way to model the subscription for Milk delievery i would appreciate ur help. Zoho Subscriptions authentication have failed
Hi there, Im trying to link my website build on wordpress with Zoho Subscriptions plugin. When I enter AUTHTOKEN and choose my company account it says "You do not have access as your account is disabled. Please contact your administrator for details." Hi, I'd like to set up a SaaS business in Germany that charges users small recurring payments. However, with a large number of invoices and a small amount per invoice, how do I get these to my tax adviser? There will be too many invoices to manually forward them.
