Testing Zoho Subscriptions
I am comparing ZOHO with Chargebee and CheddarGetter to determine which subscription payment system to use for a commercial web site. I have found that there are a few thing about ZOHO I don't understand (questions below). Can you help? 1) We have a web site with thousands of users with existing unique usernames. We would like to use our existing usernames as the identifier for customers on ZOHO subscriptions. But it looks like customer_id's are generated by your server and cannot be set with our
One-Time Addon
Is there any way I can add a one-time addon while creating a subscription? Currently I only see a way to add a recurring addon. If I have to add the one-time addon seprarately, the customer will get multiple invoices, which is lame. Example: We are an ISP and when we have a new customer, we need to be able to add a one-time Installtion fee, one-time Activation fee, and sometimes other one-time items as well. Any way I can do it all at once? If not, this should definitely be a feature that gets added.
Taxes
How can I have taxes automatically added to new subscriptions? I can't even find an option for tax anywhere in the options. Thanks, Edward
Possibility to se all customers on same Subscription Plan
We need the ability to see/list all the customers subscribing to a Plan. This could be achieved by: a) In Reports - Subscription Details: Make it possible to sort order by "Plan name" or b) In Reports - Active Customers: Make the "Plan name" clickable, and then list all the customers on this Plan Is this possible, or are there any other way I can easily list all customers subscribing to a specific plan?
One-time Add-On
I have set up a one-time add-on, allowed for all plans. Typically to be used for sign-up fee. It does not show up when I am making a new subscription. Only the recurring add-on show up. Any experience/feedback on this. Thank you,
How to delete users from free subscription - to upgrade to paid subscription
While trying Zoho I created several users. I want to upgrade to a paid subscription but with less users. How can this be done?

How do I mail invoices?
Hello, I went into a test account for Zoho Subscriptions and saw my invoices. Is there functionality, like in Zoho Invoice, where I can view and print all open invoices? I run a subscription business, but 90% of my invoices get mailed out. How would I do this in the Zoho Subscriptions software?
