How to assign a task to the CRM contact owner in Zoho Campaigns automation section?
We have an email campaign set up for a bunch of contacts and each contact is assigned an owner in the CRM through a field. We want to set up a workflow in campaigns that creates a task to notifying that owner to call the contact after a link in the email is clicked. However when setting up the workflow I can't find a way to assign the task based on the contact owner - I can only select a specific user to receive the task. Zoho Campaigns not recognizing Zoho CRM currency fields
Hey Team, We are now creating campaigns involving currency fields in Zoho CRM. When I tried to sync all currency fields, it does not show any amount in the Campaigns custom fields. I checked in Campaigns and it seems like all currency fields were set as long integer or text. I tried creating a custom field but there is no currency field. Can you advise on how to sync CRM currency fields into Campaigns?

I am not seeing a currency field option and I need to add a merge tag for a dollar amount. I want it to be formatted with commas like $1,000.25 instead of 1000.25. I used the long integer option and that does not work. Please help!
