We are currently working on a way to automatically add users to from one list to other lists based on specific criteria, but can't seem to find a native way of doing this so we are trying to use Workflows to do this. So, for example, if a user's status is set to "Active," then they should be added to the list "Active Users." If the same user's status is then set to "Paused," they should be added to the list "Paused Users" and removed from the list "Active Users." Hi, I have a paid plan. I set up an immediate Sync between Zoho CRM and it works great the first time it syncs all the users. BUT afterwards, if we have new leads being added to Zoho CRM, none of them are transferring over to the campaign (I have waited for more than 6 hours). Likewise, if I update one of the fields in the Leads module of Zoho CRM that is set to flow over, I don't see the changes in the campaign. Yes, my SYNC is turned on. A former employee created a list for some campaigns. When I look at "All Lists" under Contacts that list "Newsletter Subscribers" is not included. If crafting content for emails, getting creatives done, and running email campaigns is your love, then unsubscribes are the heartbreakers. You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
