Zoho Campaigns Hard Bounce Errors
On a recent campaign I had several hard bounces come through for email addresses that I know still exist (I have usual day to day emails with them), how can I clear a contact from the hard bounce status?? Cheers.How do i follow up my email campaign in-thread
Is there a way to follow up the email campaign so that it is in-thread using zoho campaigns? eg customer gets original email with subject line "hello" then 5 days later follow up would be with subject line "RE: hello".3 Column layout (image+text) Breaks on Mobile.

Hi, I have a paid plan. I set up an immediate Sync between Zoho CRM and it works great the first time it syncs all the users. BUT afterwards, if we have new leads being added to Zoho CRM, none of them are transferring over to the campaign (I have waited for more than 6 hours). If crafting content for emails, getting creatives done, and running email campaigns is your love, then unsubscribes are the heartbreakers. You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
