Hi When I set up response of sign up form, I found it is really stupid that I can't customize the response email content. When lead sign up, I want to send him a email so that he can have the link to download our research report rather than ask him to confirm his sign up again. Can I just delete the confirmation bottom and add a report link????

Hello, I've created a campaign I'm hoping to send out tomorrow at 11am, the issue is when I go to add the contact lists that the email should be sent to it doesn't resolve. It shows the list being moved to selected but the box remains unchecked and the selected lists field remains blank. Are you aware of this issue? I'm using Google Chrome as the browser. Thanks

contact list issue
Hi We added several contact list(from our other services provider and from our Zoho CRM system), we found that we need to clean the list first and then upload. I know I can delete the lists but that will occupy our contact quota(we have more than 130 contact quota as we are Zoho one user). Our company has sent out multiple email blasts using Zoho. However, we are unable to receive the replies to the campaigns. I have consistently set the same email as the "reply-to" address but none of the replies have been received by this email. When viewing the reports, I have seen that there are replies, but none of these are being sent to the Reply-to email address. My contacts haven't been syncing for almost 2 months, even though the sync is active and the last Retrieved Date is up to date. The clock logo looks clickable but does nothing when clicked. Poor Design Capabilities - Zoho Campaigns
I was very dissapointed with the design capabilities and template options in Zoho Campaigns. I figured afte the wonderful Canvas View option in CRM you might have some better features and layouts. Are there any plans to broaden your template library or improve design features? It's very clunky and basic right now and difficult to make a good design within. I find myself designing using other programs but then using mostly images I've imported. That does not make for a good Campaign.

After a lead unsubscribes from an email in a workflow, what happens to the rest of the workflow?
I created a drip campaign in Campaign Workflows. We are sending it out to a specific group of leads. One person in the list appears to have unsubscribed to several of the emails in the drip. Shouldn't the first unsubscribe have stopped the rest from going to his/her inbox? Or is that something I need to add to the drip?
UTM Error for my Zoho Backstage page link in Campaigns!
I'm so frustrated! My most recent event promotion email in Backstage has been a total disaster! 670 recipients with 4 links taking them to a UTM tracking code error, not the website! My Zoho Backstage website is https://events.happyhour.group, which is great and works really well but for some reason when linked from Campaigns, the tracking code resulted in an error! Could it be that the platform doesn't recognise .group as a valid TLD? Can anyone see why this might have been?

Can't create mailing list
When I try to create a new mailing list, I name it, give a reason for it being sent and click create. Then the button shakes like a 'no you've made a mistake' signal but doesn't give a reason. Is there a limit to the number of mailing lists I can create? I currently have 65 lists. Thank you!

Date Field Autoresponder not sending Welcome Emails
Hi Team - I have Zoho CRM synced with Zoho Campaigns. I have a date field Start Date. I created a date field autoresponder to send Welcome emails 1 day after Start Date. After configuring messages, I activated the autoresponder. It sends out messages the first time but on the 2nd day, it does not send out Welcome messages anymore. Forward to a friend form broken on mobile
Currently the input fields break the layout on mobile by extending past the body border and the form width appears to be tied to the button width settings. The input fields on the form also cannot be changed to % width. Fundamentally the edit-ability of this form is completely broken and provides the end-user with a poor experience.
Borders
The image attached is from a newsletter created using the basic blocks of the editor. For some reason I cannot get rid of the borders between the blocks (shown in image with red arrow). I've tried everything, including giving the border a white color, changing styles and adding border="0" to the HTML, but nothing helps. How can I turn off display of borders?
