I recently upgraded from CRM Plus to Zoho One. There are two account numbers, legacy and new. Most of my email Campaigns are associated with a separate Campaigns account. It is somewhat confusing to have CRM Campaigns and Zoho Campaigns and that they really are not well connected. First of all, Zoho Campaigns needs to be renamed. I am new to Zoho and I am setting up my first campaign. I have chosen a template I like, and replaced the existing photo with one from my computer. When I did this, there were no options presented to me in regards to size, and the imported photo is displayed way too large. If I chose the "edit" function, I am given a message to I have to upgrade to a subscription in order to be able to edit photos. Would the upgrade give me the option to resize my photo? Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
