Hello I have been using Workflows for a while, but still not sure I understand how the Wait option works when checking 'Enable specific wait period'. 1. The following is obvious 'wait an hour before doing the action' 2. But what about this? Is it a) wait an hour and then, on Monday at 12:30 do the action, or b) wait an hour from 12:30 on Monday and then do the action, or c) wait until 13:30 on Monday and then wait an hour before doing the action? I wish to use a custom field to for an Dynamic Text frame in an email. The field is called RASLevel and it comes from a dropdown list in Zoho CRM. The custom field itself is available in the Wait Condition Block. The custom merge tag for it has already been created - it is called $[UD:RASLEVEL]$ However, this custom merge tag is NOT available in the settings for the Dynamic Text. If crafting content for emails, getting creatives done, and running email campaigns is your love, then unsubscribes are the heartbreakers. You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
