When I go to delete contacts from my campaign account, I get the message that deleting it will delete it in 'other user's accounts." I have no idea what this means. I do NOT want to also delete the contacts or any info associated with the contacts from my CRM.

Not all contacts are sync to Zoho Campaigns
Hello. I have a list in Zoho CRM which is immediately sync to Zoho Campaigns. However, not all contacts are available in Campaigns. In CRM, I have 147 contacts (leads), but in campaings only 92.
Special Character Limitations On Fields
I am having issues with the not being allowed to use special characters in certain fields. As I cannot use symbols such as ' and & I am having to make deliberate spelling mistakes. Problem Sending Test Emails

Cannot deliver email campaigns to emails hosted on Microsoft Exchange
I've created a few test email campaigns and tried sending them to my co-workers. They were marked as delivered in Zoho Campaigns; however, no one received the campaign (not even in junk email folder). We use Microsoft Outlook for email. After another test, one person out of 4 got the campaign email in Exchange... in junk mail. Emails to other hosts were received (yahoo mail and gmail). However, the message sent to gmail was automatically put into the spam folder. How do we avoid this in the future?

You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
