Hi, I'm new to using Zoho and have been working my way around the campaigns and got to a point were I had everything ready to send my first campaign out. Hi, I would like my clients to select which type of emails they want to receive from me. I have newsletters, webinars and events and product notifications. I am creating a workflow in Campaign. My mailshot has a main link and a few minor links in it. I want to be able to have different actions depending on which link is clicked. It gives me the option to trigger based on a specific link, but can only select one; I can trigger an action on all links, but can't work out how to then branch according to which link is clicked.
