Yahoo! and AOL strengthen their DMARC policy; may affect email deliverability
A couple of weeks ago, Yahoo as well as AOL made a significant change in their email validation policy where they have increased their email security by strengthening their DMARC policy. I checked Beefree.io and it generally works but Zoho Campaigns dismiss the responsiveness: when I send the email from Beefree it is responsive, when I import the same HTML to Zoho Campaigns the email becomes non-responsive. I am syncing contacts from the CRM to our Campaign account, and noticed when we are changing the email address in Zoho CRM, it is creating a duplicate contact in our Zoho Campaign account. Example: CRM Lead email address changed from rebecca@abc.com is changed to Sean@abc.com, will end up being 2 different contacts.
