Campaign Contact Scoring
I have set up contact scoring, contact classification and a scores view in campaigns I have the contact score and campaign member status syncing back to the CRM I would like to use either the contact classification criteria or the criteria established in the scores view to allocate a status to a contact which will then sync back to the CRM. Is this possible ? Is it only Contact Score and Campaign Member Status that can be pushed back to the CRM - so I can't have another field populated via campaigns
Email address confirmation of clients

Zoho CRM to Campaigns Sync - Overriding Ignored Contacts Setting
I'm syncing contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns to use in an email marketing program. A lot of the contacts that qualify for my sync are being "ignored" from the import due to the reason "Group Email(s)". How can I override this setting so I can email these sign-ups?
Sending messages to group emails
We have an existing customer base and want to use the campaigns tool to send them product updates but your importer does not allow "admin@" accounts. These are paying customers not potential sales leads. Is there any way to import and message them? Thanks in advance. Dave.

Synchronization Zoho Campains with Zoho CRM
I configured sync between Campaigns and CRM for a list of contacts in Campains that match the specified criteria in CRM. As far as I could understand, synchronization involves the constant addition of new contacts from the CPM that meet the criteria, but the old contacts that no longer match are not deleted from the list. Can I configure them to be deleted anyway? I couldn't find a way to do this. For clarity, I will give an use case: I need to constantly keep up to date the list of paid customers

We have some users with images in collections within the Zoho campaign library. Even though all the permissions are set correctly (all the permissions granted) for the role and all the users are in the same role the users cannot see or add images to other user's collections. Not even using the standard admin account can modify other’s collections. Is there a way to share collections or to just give full access to all the users within a role to the other users libraries in the role?

Managed List in campaigns with Sync
In campaigns we are syncing our CRM Contact module into campaigns. The sync shows the number of imported contacts but they do not go into the mailing list. We have tried using "immediate" as well as "periodic" syncs. None of them make it into the mailing list. We have tried several times into several mailing list and from different modules and nothing. I have been working on cleaning up my sync and managed lists over the last few days. I noticed this afternoon I was down to "5 remaining syncs for this month".
