Formatting Issues in Zoho Campaign Email
Hi there, I am seeing some formatting issues in emails sent through zoho campaigns. See the attached screenshot and email. The campaign is showing mixed fonts, in the test email. However, we are using same font style in our editor. We are nowhere using
It seems like your sender domain/IP address is blacklisted.
My email is NOT blacklisted. I have tried to revalidate it but it still says it is blacklisted. I have used MX tools and it is not blacklisted. Please help!

Not All Emails Sent

I am trying to create a campaign with a new template I created, but I keep getting this message: We're sorry, but this looks like an error from our side. Please refresh your browser and try again in sometime. If the problem still persists, contact us at support@zohocampaigns.com. Do mention the error code as 1001 in your email. Zoho Campaign Test Email Looks distorted
Hoping someone can help. I have created an email from a template in campaigns with images and text. It looks just the way i want it to in the campaign creator. So far so good. The issue arises when i send out a test email. The formatting is distorted. Text which was in a column below an image is now next to the image, and the 2 columns of images now appear as one long column. Can anyone advise on whats happening and how i can resolve this? Certain contacts have specified that they would prefer to receive my newsletter in plain text. Is there a way to send plain text only emails? I can see two options: 1. Send plain text & html - I don't want to do this as they will receive 2 messages, one which they can't read which does is likely to get marked as spam. 2. Send html only - Don't want to do this.
