Cannot send test email
I click "Preview and Test". I enter one email address (my own). I can get no further than this. When I click "Send Test Email" nothing at all happens. It does look like something is loading at the top of the screen as there is this orange bar that appears to be inching across the screen but it's moving extremely slow...if at all. Help
Email formatting is different when sent out as a test email
When I am editing my email campaign, I included social widgets such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter at the bottom of my email. However, when I send the draft as a test email, I only see the Facebook social widget and the alignment for that section is messed up. How do I fix this?

I want to create a series of 46 bi-weekly IT Security Tip emails to prospects. I don’t have any active email addresses yet, but want to pre-populate the first half dozen emails in the series. As I get a subscriber, they will start at the very first email in the series and continue from there. What is the best approach for accomplishing this?
Autoresponder don't send e-mails
Hi, I configure 2 messages in autoresponder: One after 24h and another 3 days after. The list is filled by Zoho Flow (flow take emails from CRM to list) Has passed about 3 days and filled 27 e-mails on list but anything receive the first or the second e-mail.

Duration of Report Data?
Hi, Zoho! I ran my first campaign a couple of weeks ago -- it was my monthly newsletter, and I published on 6/29 (I normally publish the last workday of the month). Everything went great with the launch, so thanks on that account! I was excited to view the reporting info, and everything made sense to me. Remove Response from form
I have set-up a form, and it automatically had several response types added to it. I would like to remove all but one response type (I want to keep the sign-up thank you page). How is this done?

In the edit form, I am not seeing any options to customize page. I would like to add the privacy policy to the form. I just see two fields email and name. Page Campaigns in Facebook
Am I correct that, in order to run a Page Campaign on Facebook, you have to create a Page Tab. However, in order to create a Page Tab, you have to have 2K+ likes on your Facebook page? Therefore, unless you have 2K+ likes, you cannot run a Page Campaign. Is this correct? Why 2000 likes? Would like a little more info about this. Thanks!!

Private Lists are showing up and allowing Signups in the Update form
Lists are set to private and they're appearing in the "Public" set of lists when you go to Update. Pretty serious bug...
Email "Update Profile" only points to generic form
The "Update Profile" link attached to email footers seems to only go to a common update form. I have different signup forms for each mailing list asking different questions. How do I have the Update Profile use the signup form attached to that mailing list?
Email alert notification
Hi, Is it possible to set a notification email once someone downloads our documents in our email campaign? We'd like to receive a notification email saying, e.g. "Hi Catherine, X contact download the document" and is this also applicable if we're using an auto responder in Zoho Campaign? If not, is there any similar trigger that we can set for this? or any suggestion that you can advice?

Clean inactive subscribers from list
We send a daily email message to one of our lists. Over time the open rate has dropped very low and we are concerned it is affecting our deliverability. Is there a way to identify "inactive" subscribers (eg. people who have not opened a campaign in over 3 months) and remove them from a list?
HF:ORGINFO not active
I try to import a newsletter with a custom header and footer. The unsubscribe is foreseen. And as the notice in the tool suggested me I also included the $[HF:ORGINFO]$ tag. But on import I get a notice that the merge tag $[HF:ORGINFO]$ is disabled or deleted. But I have no idea where to activated it or add it in orde for it to work. The strange thing is that yesterday the import worked like a charm.
Google Analytics Tracking Code for Campaigns and Surveys
I'm using Zoho Campaigns and Survey for a bulk email which links to a survey. I set up Google Analytics by adding the integration to Zoho Campaigns and then setting up a property in Google Analytics with the URL provided by Zoho Survey (which is where the link in the Campaigns email leads to). But I'm unsure where to add the tracking code. I assume I add it in the email content somewhere and the survey content somewhere. But the provided tracking code is a script, so I'm unsure where to add it.

When I selected image+text features, the overall format looks good in preview, however the arrows appears and the text format changed when reading the emails in mailbox. Is there anyway to adjust?

Hello, I do not understand the hierarchy of automatons of answers. In a PLC, I created 14 messages. The first message is sent to the user's registration in the list. Then the second message is sent 10 days after, then 20 days after, etc. I added a fifteenth message that I want to send 5 days later.
