I would like to send out an email that looks like a personalized email from me - no markup, no design, just a boring email. I can do this in Zoho Campaigns as a text-only email but then I lose ability to do any tracking. Is it possible to just have a simple, no fixed-width design? I can't figure out how to do so. I use 'HTML Editor' view and it automatically converts text to Arial, puts content into a table and makes it center-aligned. I have a problem with setting up automated series of emails. I set up a Smart Series with 5 different emails to be sent 2-3 days apart to new users of the mobile app I'm marketing. I have a workflow set up to land new users of the app into a list and then those new users receive the sequence of five emails. It worked fine for the first 23 users; they all got the email. But now the list has over 1300 (workflow works fine) but none of the new ones are getting the emails. I have several mailing lists that are not the same, but only want one sign up form on my website. When I go to associate my sign up form, it won't let me pick all of them, just one. Does this mean that they will not go to the lists they pick?
