zoho campaign not working (new version)
i selected the new version option (by mistake ) and cannot even edit the email for a workflow. how do i revert back, i am losing my patience with the zoho crm/campaign complexity and lack of working functions. [
Pay As You Go - how does it work?
I'm trying to understand how this works. If you receive all the same benefits as the forever free plan, is the credits used for emails in excess of 12000? Or are you paying for the emails starting from the first one? If you also receive access to ZOHO Social...are your credits used to pay for posts? Sending campaigns to contacts filtered by account data
Hi We want to send campaigns to contacts based on fields in accounts in CRM. For example, we want to send campaigns to contacts based on account type - which might be prospect, customer, partner, lost customer, etc. My marketing team inform me that they can only send campaigns to contacts using views - and that the views cannot support filtering by account data. When is Zoho Campaigns User Interface going to be updated? The email builder is ancient and far from the builder we get in Zoho CRM, are there any updates to bring Campaigns in line with other products getting major upgrades?

How do I get workflow emails to sync with Zoho CRM?
I would like for the workflow emails that we have set up to sync with the contacts in Zoho CRM much the same way that Campaigns sync. If I send a campaign, I can see the activity in CRM but with the workflow emails, I cannot. Is this possible?
New Campaigns Error

Number of times a mailer is opened
What does it mean when a recipient of a mailer is shown to have opened it "12 times" (for example)? Are they forwarding it off to others? Or are they literally opening the mailer "12 times"?
Zoho Campaigns New Features
I've recently viewed a webinar from the Zoho CRM resources page on Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns Integration. I believe it was recorded in August 2017 by Taylor Backman? In the webinar he references "major" updates coming to Zoho Campaigns, at about the 14 minute mark. Have these changes been implemented yet? I've been following along in the Announcements section but have not seen anything regarding this? Thanks!
Getting CRM to Sync with Campaings
We use Zoho CRM in our company and I am trying to get it to sync properly with Campaigns, but not having luck. We have Accounts set up with fields. We sell several brands / products. For each account, we use a pick list to determine if an account is a dealer (currently buying) or a target (not buying yet) for a brand / product. It's a simple pick list. I want to be able to create a List (in Campaigns that we send emails to) that includes Dealers for a product or another list for Targets for a product.
Unable to view Campaign reports of other user campaign
Hi, Love the new design, great job! We have an issue with not being able to view bounce reports from one user in Zoho Campaigns to another user. We are both administrators of the Zoho Campaign module, but I am not able to see the report of another user campaign. Is there any setup that we have not followed? Can you help/advice on this matter?
CRM email list
I use to be able to take people off of the CRM email list when I moved them to the list I want them on. Now it tells me "You cannot edit others mailing list(s)1 due to insufficient privilege." I have admin privileges. Is there a way to fix this?

Saludos Estoy teniendo conflicto con los archivos html en zoho Al momento de subir el flyer en ingles, no hubo problema alguno, imagenes y texto se subio con total normalidad, pero al momento de realizar el ingreso del flyer en espanol, se genera el problema, se queda cargando, pero no cultima el proceso y solo sube el texto, mas no las imagenes, Volvi a crear el flyer desde cero, imaginando que era un conflcto con el codigo, pero sucedio lo mismo, asi que copie el codigo desl formato ingkes reemplazando
Unusual small amount of bounced emails in a campaign
We have a recent campaign out, with a target of quite a number of email addresses. We have 0 bounced so far, and wonder how long it usually takes before Zoho Campaigns report a "bounce". It seems unusual that we have 0 bounced. We have had another campaign previously, and had only 1 bounce. We know however on some of the emails that the person has left the company we are trying to send the email to, so it sounds strange that the bounce list is so small. Any advice/comments you can share with us?

I have several contacts that are not being synchronized from the CRM to the campaign module. The contacts are in the view to by synchronized and were not recently created.

Unusual number of bounced emails
Hi, My monthly email campaigns traditionally have around 4-5 bounces per month. My most recent campaign had an unusually large number of bounced emails - 132! It doesn't sound right to me as I know a lot of the recipients personally. How can I check if this is a mistake? Thanks.

Images won't load in outlook?
I made a basic campaign and sent it to myself - my office uses Outlook. I have to download the images if I want to see them, which is the case for all outlook users, according to my boss. This is a big problem, because most of our client base uses Outlook as well, and I don't think many would be bothered to click "download". Can this be fixed, or is this just inevitable? I rang customer support and they said it can't be fixed, but I would like to be sure.
