Email formatting is differs with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Mobile)
The preview of the email looks fine, but when it is sent to different platforms, the some font sizes change. Also, on mobile the email, which is supposed to have 2 columns, condenses into one column. We would like the email to look uniform on all platforms. How do we fix this issue?

Email campaign - Images slow to load
Hi Zoho, I have created an email campaign using the template creator and inserted a few images with a size of less than 1MB. However when testing the email, the images are very slow to load, even using a good Internet connection. Is that a problem of size? How to solve that? Thanks

It's time to send out Thanks Giving notes using Campaign. To that, we only send out one email every couple of months to cour customers. After waiting 24 hours, the campaign is still not reviewed. And all of a sudden we get an email from Zoho that our account is on hold. Claiming we have not responded int the past to their Abuse email. That is an absolutely bogus claim. So a call was placed in their office. After the usual run-around, there is no-one to take a call, and we are waiting for a callback.
Campaign Email Display On Mobile Devices Distorted

Fonts are changing sizes and look differently on mobile (Gmail) and Outlook (Web)
Is anybody having a problem where the text appears a different size on mobile devices than on Outlook? I finally got the email to display properly on PC's and then went on to do a final test on mobile before sending only to discover that half of the text is randomly in a bigger font. Road Runner (Time Warner Cable) stops Feedback Loop service
Hello, It looks like RR (Time Warner Cable) has stopped Feedback Loop service. This means that Feedback Loop data will not be sent from Roadrunner's service to email senders in the future. What is Feedback Loop Service? Whenever an email recipient marks an email as spam, their ESP/ISP notifies the sender (in this case, Zoho Campaigns). I am trying to integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM. I used a different email address when I set up Zoho CRM, but I have changed this to the current email address. Hi Everyone, Importing new contacts, means you have to map all the information from excel into Zoho-campaigns. However, not all fields in excel can be uploaded or matched in Zoho-Campaigns. An example: the excel sheet contains all info concerning "opt-in" or "confirmed time" Unfortunately these fields aren't visible in Zoho-campaings.
