The preview of the email looks fine, but when it is sent to different platforms, the some font sizes change. Also, on mobile the email, which is supposed to have 2 columns, condenses into one column. It's time to send out Thanks Giving notes using Campaign. To that, we only send out one email every couple of months to cour customers. After waiting 24 hours, the campaign is still not reviewed. And all of a sudden we get an email from Zoho that our account is on hold. Claiming we have not responded int the past to their Abuse email. That is an absolutely bogus claim. Is anybody having a problem where the text appears a different size on mobile devices than on Outlook? I finally got the email to display properly on PC's and then went on to do a final test on mobile before sending only to discover that half of the text is randomly in a bigger font. Hello, It looks like RR (Time Warner Cable) has stopped Feedback Loop service. This means that Feedback Loop data will not be sent from Roadrunner's service to email senders in the future. What is Feedback Loop Service? Whenever an email recipient marks an email as spam, their ESP/ISP notifies the sender (in this case, Zoho Campaigns). Our system then automatically moves that specific email address to the Do-Not-Mail registry. What should you do?
