Best way to do a "your company" merge tag in Campaigns
Hello! I want to be able to pull company information from my leads. This is what I have set up so far... $[UD:COMPANY|your agency|]$ ...but in the mails I'm sending to myself, it's only showing "your agency" not the company name associated with those email addresses. Can you only use merge tags for Contacts, not Leads?New version?

Dear Support, I had an A/B test campaign scheduled to send last Thursday (10/26/17) at 11:30 AM. The email was approved promptly and sent the A/B test for subject lines at 11:30. HOWEVER, the email was then CANCELLED with no explanation as to why? Hi there, I sent A/B campaign with an AB testing feature to the 348 recipiens. I've received the report that 174 emails sent (this is only 50% of my recipients). On the other hand I received communication: " Version A succeeded the test based on max unique clicks, hence was sent to the remaining 50% of recipients." That indicate the campaign was sent to all 348 recipients. But I see only the results for 50% of them My question is: where I can find the report concerns all the recipients, not onlyEmail Delivery in Spam Folder

Good Day! I've recently started using Zoho campaigns for my email marketing and I've been testing content creation with the Zoho templates. I'm quite happy with the selection, but my only issue so far has been changing images from templates. The templates have images which can integrate itself on the borders so that there are no awkward spaces, however when i try to mimic it and change the image it seems impossible to have the images touch the borders. In Zoho Campaign, list management, is it possible to edit and to add personalised fields in the Segment Criteria fields? We have created lists divided by countries but within those countries we would like to be able to segment for example profession and status of candidates, but those fields (the ones we need) do not appear in the Segment Criteria list. I want to be able to create a segment from a master list of just Chief Financial Officers. In our CRM, these contacts are listed as Chief Financial Officers, Chief of Finance, VP of Finance, etc. So my hope was to do the following: 1. Hello, I have a question. After I sent 2 campaigns last week I saw that there was a huge number of bounced contacts. ex 323 contacts in total . 84 have received and opened the email 81 contacts did not open the e mail and 158 bounced contacts. Hi, I have an argumentative contact on Zoho CRM who I no longer want to engage with but whose historical records I have to keep. I have created an Email Opt Out tick box in CRM some time ago and have a sync running to Campaigns for all contacts that excludes any with this box ticked. Hi, I'm running Wordpress (with Woocommerce) since few months. I found the Zoho Campaign forms really intuitive but it seams that it's not working with my website. As soon I copy/paste the code for my form (Generated by Zoho website), my Revolution Slider is not loading anymore. I have a campaign and I have uploaded the HTML and that works great. However I would like the plain text version of this email to read differently than the HTML version. In other campaign managers I've used you can edit the HTML version and also edit the Plain text version so you can get your email just right. Is there a way I can do this in zoho campaign? I'm incredibly frustrated because I spent three hours working on an email template tonight, only to have my work reverted back to the original template -- twice. I am using Zoho CRM to send emails to industry segments. For instance we will send 2,000 emails to CEOs of financial services with 1 to 10 employees. The open rates average about 16%.
