Importing Contacts from Outlook
I want to import my contacts from Outlook to Zoho to begin a campaign. Some of my contacts don't have a first and last name, only the email address. Will that be a problem? I want to know before I pay for the subscription.
Can't See Forms in WordPress
Hi, I've installed the Zoho Campaigns plug-in for WordPress. API integration was successfully completed. I clicked on the forms option of the plug-in, but needed to setup mailing list. However, once I setup a mailing list and went back to WordPress, the forms option presents a blank page. Can you please help me figure out how to resolve this issue? Thank you.
How to Trigger Emails through Campaigns When Blog Articles Are Published
I'm looking to trigger an email through Zoho Campaigns that includes the most recent blog articles posted on a Wordpress blog, as they are published. I expect I'll need, at minimum: Collecting email signups for blog updates on the blog to point to Zoho CRM Blog links/images/data to send from Wordpress to Zoho Campaigns How can I do this?
Emails being unsubscribed
Hi All, I have (had) a five-email list that was used just for testing the inbox placement of our newsletter. Now that list is down to three email addresses. The missing emails are listed as unsubscribed. According to Zoho help, I should have received an unsubscribe confirmation email from Zoho, from where I should be able to add those email addresses back to my list. These addresses were created for inbox placement. I did not unsubscribe myself from the list. And, no, no one else could or did either.

Sync from CRM - contact changed email address
I've got a contact in CRM that changed his email address (the old email address is now in the field "Secondary Email"). Now when I do a sync from CRM to Campaigns, the old record in Campaigns isn't updated anymore, but no new record is created either. In Zoho CRM the contact id is 1037184000000227359 if you can look.
Question about Alt Text and Images
Hello for some reason I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to add in alt-text on images, I know that functionally there is a way to do this, but I am not too sure how to add it in or the best way to go about this. Syncing contacts from CRM to Campaigns - empty fields don't sync
We sync Contacts from Zoho CRM to a list in Zoho Campaigns, and then segment that list to send various targeted emails. Those segments are defined with filters based on fields coming from the CRM contacts. When a field is blank in Zoho CRM, the mapped field is not getting updated in the Campaigns record. synchronization question
Hello, I created a contact synchronization from zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns. Thus, my contacts present in Zoho CRM are well recovered in a list of contacts on Zoho Campaign. The synchronization concerns the contacts of the "A" view in Zoho CRM. In Zoho CRM, the "A" view contains 195 contacts. In my synchronized list in Zoho Campaigns, I have 246 subscribers. Why do I have more subscribers in Zoho Campaigns than there are contacts in the "A" view of Zoho CRM? Thank you

DKIM still not working
Hi, I contacted support by e-mail twice on June 29th and 30th for a DKIM verification trouble, and i still got no answer. We tested our DKIM value with mxtoolbox and it seems to work fine, but impossible to verify DKIM in Zoho Campaigns settings. Thank you for your fast reply !
Account ZOHO-Campaigns to company-account
Dear all, Just one more question! I do have an account in ZOHO CRM and one in ZOHO-Campaigns. However my account in ZOHO-Campaigns hasen't been linked to our company, Emsys. This is why I need to work with the account form my colleague Guy Theunis in Zoho-Campaigns - UserID: 38107367 and when I want to work in ZOHO-CRM it autmatically changes to Guy instead of my own account. Making Zoho campaign data unique fields at the contact level
Hi there, I know that Zoho Campaigns data pushes to Zoho CRM for a contact to the Description Information box. Do each of these data points associated with a campaign act a unique data point or are they lumped together in this text box? Ideally, I would like to be able to create segmentation based on which contacts have received certain emails and performed specific actions. Am I able to get this granular? Thanks for the help!
Zoho Campaigns - Segments not picking up contacts
I've been trying to create a new segment for a future campaign, however when I create a segment the system is not updating the contacts based on the criteria. I had an existing segment listed by job title and tried adding to that by 'job title contains' and then put some more terms in there (with commas in between each term). However after submitting this no further contacts were added to the list even though I can see in the full list there are people with those words in their job title. Then

Having trouble linking a file in email
I believe I have gone through the correct steps to link a png file within my email. The link is there in the test email, but when I go to open it I get an error message that says that page can't be reached. I am trying to add a new user to our Zoho Campaigns account, but when I attempt to do so, I receive the error message, "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." This user is associated with another Zoho Campaigns account that she created on her own. I saw in another post that you need to delete her Campaigns account in order to free her up so I can add her to our account. Please delete her account when you can. Her email address is

How to remove box around text?
Hey, I'm new to the Zoho suite and am trying to create a campaign, however I feel that the box/frame that appears around the text of the email makes it look incredibly spammy. Haven't found information on how to remove it. Any suggestions?
Low open rate
Could someone help me explain why my open rate is so low. I totally sent 1229 emails and got only 5.1% unique opened rate. Most of the unopened email are from gmail. The campaign is posted on 23 May, 2017 and the name is "5/25 Toll Brothers Highland East Open House Tour".

Please delete my Zoho Campaigns account
I opened zoho campaigns, just clicked, and it created an account for me and now I can't get the invitation from my company admin. I have no idea why your programmers would make a feature to allow the user to delete their accounts should this happen. It appears that everyone is having this issue. Can you please remove me, and then also add the feature that we are all asking for.
Google Analytic reports
I am unable to view Google Analytic reports for campaigns that have been sent. I have asked that they are tracked with our Google Analytics and I can view the stats on our analytics page could you please let me know why I am unable to view these reports in Zoho? Problems loading Campaign themes
I have problems loading Settings > Campaign Theme. I can load the other tabs without problems, but the page doesn't seem to load properly when I click on Settings > Campaign Theme. The yellow load bar doesn't disappear, and modifications to a template doesn't seem to be saved properly. When I clone an existing theme the window even freezes and I cannot go anywhere (see image below). How can this be fixed so i can edit themes correctly? ATM when I use a recently saved theme it displays it in my newsletter
How can you modify and translate the text in browser screen by unsubscribing
When someone unsubscribes from Zoho Campaigns or resubscribes, they get messages in their browser which are in English. We want to translate this text. How can we do this? Regards, Ruud
Zoho not tracking image clicks in emails
Hi, I created an email template to send to new leads. The email contains image links and text links. When the email is sent, Zoho converts the text links to be trackable Zoho link code so we can see when a user clicks through on a text link. However Zoho does not convert the link of the image to be trackable link code. So that is currently not tracking, if a user clicks the image. Does anyone know why Zoho does not convert image links to be trackable?

Email automation triggers - time and field updates
Hi, Is there any way to schedule a an email (automation) based on recent visit. Say I want to send out an email to a contact 1 day after every time the visit our website? It seem like all options are focusing on pre-defined dates and not relative time. Similarly, can I create an automation that triggers an email based on a field update - for example a visitor score rises above 1000? Thanks, Esben

When I go into campaign contacts and sync contacts, it does not show me the next fetch time or if it has been fetched until the next day. Is there anyway to fix this?
Zoho CRM <> Zoho Campaigns sync hangs in Awaiting state
I created a sync today which is hanging in Awaiting status for about 45 mins: ICD depot sync_06_Jun_2017 is Awaiting; Started on 06 Jun 2017, 01:31 PM; Normally all syncs are executed within 5-10 minutes.
