Push data to CRM from Campaign not working
Hello: I have set up the integration between Campaigns and CRM and the Campaigns appear in soho CRM. My issue is with pushing leads to crm if recipients open or click emails. I have set it up but the leader do not appear in CRM. Please help.
Can I make a template available to every on on my team?
I created a template in Zoho Campaigns but nobody on my team can access it. Is it possible to make a template available to everyone on my team?
ZOHO Campaigns Emails
Hello, As of Tuesday of this week none of my campaign previews are getting to my outlook inbox. When it asks you to send a "test campaign" I type in my proper email and it always shows up in my outlook email inbox moments later. This week it is not working at all. Nothing is showing up in my inbox. I have tried several times each day. This has never been a problem for me before. Please assist. Kate
Problem when updating database
Hi, In my database - contact list, I have 2 columns: First name and Last name. Some of my contacts have a blank in First name while their actually first name are inputting in Last name. Hello, In my last campaigns links are incorrect and totally different and redirect to some suspicious page. I received a reply email from client with incorrect links аnd so I noticed that. And when i check links from my zoho account they do not open at all (Just a blank flashing). Thanks.

List Management / Contact Management
Hello I have deleted some lists in my List Management bringing the total count down to around 700 but for some reason the contacts are still showing in Contact Management (total count 2500) which means I cant sync more contacts from CRM. I have managed to delete some individual ones but it is telling me I have reached my limit for deleting. Email Deliver-ability rate
Could you possibly help me to fix an issue with email deliverability? When we sent out the digi docs campaign it was meant to be sent to 562 people which it was – however the delivery rate was significantly low. Low open rate even after verifying domain
We have successfully verified our domain but still we are facing low open rates. I was told by the support that open rates will boost up after the domain verification. We usually have like 50-70% on mailchimp using same content, data and subject lines. I have a campaign that I want to send the same message (HTML) to Multiple lists within My Contacts. When I do so, Will I receive reporting that is delineated by each list? Font/layout inconsistencies in custom campaign template
Hello there, I've created a custom campaign template and while a majority of the email is desktop/mobile responsive, there are certain font/layout consistencies (please refer to the attached screenshots). The issues shown in the screenshots are:- a. Font type for the header and footer have been set to Tahoma but display as Times New Roman in mobile; b. Sign Up Form - Data Destination
I set up a new email sign up form in Campaigns and signed up a test contact. However, I am not finding that contact in my list in Campaigns, and it does not appear to be in Zoho CRM yet. What is the timing on its being available in the database and lists? Do I need to specifically set up that data transfer? My CRM and Campaigns instances are already connected.

Someone responded and deleted my Campaigns account and the I was added to the right Campaigns account that is linked to our CRM. However, now, it is stating that I can't add a ZSC key to sync contacts because my email is linked to another org? Hello, on the number of test campaigns, with 3 different email domains, a lot of emails (about 90%) go into spam, mostly for big mail servers (like gmail and outlook). We've attached an example of an email header for an email marked as spam, which was sent to gmail from one of our domains, please could you take a look into this and advice us on what we could do about this?
