sign in problem of an admin
Hello, My coworker can't sign in. I tried it too with his credentials. I tried to reset his password, the site said: NO SUCH USER That's just insane, as I have him as an active user, I actually changed him to an admin with the same email address. We need help. Hello, In Zoho campaign, my contacts come from Zoho CRM. In Zoho CRM, my contacts have an empty "date of birth" field. I want my contacts to update their own date of birth. For this I want to use the Zoho API. I want to create an automatic campaign via Zoho Campaign in which there is a link that redirects to a form. The form (hosted on a site) would allow the contact that opens the mail to update its date of birth. The form would simply contain a field "your date of birth". To do this, the open form

When I send my campaign it doesn't display properly, it is missing the hyperlinks and it also doesn't show text unless you open it in another window why would this be and how can I fix it
Admin Users do not have access to create sign up forms
I set up a campaign account for my company. I am the only one who has access to create/modify sign up forms. Everyone else is set as an admin just like myself. How do I get them access to be able to create forms
Zoho Campaign Integration
i have done custom integration with Zoho CRM by Lookup Campaign Field to in Lead to make assigning Campaign easy. I'm adding the contact/Lead to Campaign associated List.but i'm not sure 1.How soon will the first email go out once the contact is assigned to this campaign? which is already in running state. Also the Campaign have automation response workflow as well so i need to know can I continue edit a running Campaign follow automation emails, or does it lock all the automation emails that

Hi, I have drafted my first social campaign posting for Linkedin. I wanted to post a Link to my website where I have published a case study. I selected the URL-Version and added some description. Which is working. However I am not able to see an image. I have ticked "use image" but do not see anything. What went wrong? Does zoho mean the image of the URL Landing page? or can I somehow upload another image?
Font Resizing in Sent Email
I have noticed that font's display differently in the preview pane in Outlook or Mac Mail than they do when opened. Is there a way to avoid this ? I have also noticed that merged fields font and size often differ from the message itself making the merge field painfully apparent. Is there a way to fix that ? Are there any plans for a email previewer function to allow people to preview their campaign as viewed from various devices and services?

Spacing Between Words Removed bug
There is a bug where if someone goes in to edit the content and then exits out of it, Zoho removes some spacing before words. We sent out an email that was already reviewed by Zoho and it was formatted correctly last we saw it. When the email went out there were multiple words that did not have spaces between them. We are at the point where we will have to switch to a different provider since this is consistently happening. Thanks katie@bureaugravity.com

Bounced email
I have a problem with the bounced emails. Some contacts for some reason are show like bounced, but in fact the already exist and I need them in zoho campaigns, because they are really important for the campaign that i want to sent. There is any chance that i can add it to the contact list? Like accepting the fact that maybe noone will receive the e-mail, but at least that the e-mail will be there. Please and thank you:)
Incorrect Hard Bounces
Hi, I have had a few clients contact me to say that they are no longer receiving emails from me. After investigation it seems that some of my clients email addresses are being recorded as hard bounces and being moved off the mailing list. Why might this be happening? Thanks, Craig
Recent imported contacts are not receiving campaigns
Hi We are putting new contacts into CRM ensuring that the opt in flag is ticked. We have daily sync to campaigns, however, it appears that these new contacts are not receiving our campaigns, as they are being rejected from the workflow, or they are not syncing from the CRM to campaigns. Please provide a fix.
Where are the Recipients of the A/B tests in the campaign report?
Hi, I conducted an A/B test on one of my campaigns, but it seems like the campaign report only contains details regarding the emails that were sent to subscribers after the A/B test. I am also syncing this campaign with Zoho CRM and the campaign in CRM only contains the contacts that were sent emails after the A/B test. I would like to get a report on all contacts within the campaign. Thanks!

Cannot add a user (Already in another organization)
Hi! We are trying to add dtapia@indices.com.co to our Zoho Campaign account but it's saying she is already part of another organization. She tried logging into a campaigns before and it tried to make him setup a new company rather than log into our main campaigns account. Now when I try to add her as a user within our campaigns account, it says she's already part of another one. Can you please clear out dtapia@indices.com.co from any organization, please. Thank you.

Uploading zip files not working
Hello, I have been trying to upload a zip files with my images to the library. The system keeps rejecting the zip file even though I have removed every image greater than 4mb using "find . -type f -maxdepth 1 -size +4000000c -exec mv {} ../temp/ \;" before compiling the zip file. The error I am getting is The image you are trying to upload is too large. Image file size must be below 4 MB(approx 1024 x 1024 pixels)each. I have tried decoding the unicode names to ascii, but that has not helped either.

Column alignment
I went back to work on my current campaign and noticed my columns no longer line up. It's strange since they lined up last time I worked on this. I have a 30:70 split on my main body, but the two columns are no longer side by side. Is there also a way to make the main body wider? I don't understand what would have happened since last time I logged on.

Importing a small amount of my contact list.
Hi, I just tried to import 100 contacts from my marketing list and of that 100 you have only added 40, stating 57 as group emails, which don't appear to have been added to my contacts. Can you please explain why this is and how I can fix it? Kind regards, Rob

Is there a way to view all recipients of an A/B test?
I am viewing the results from my first A/B email campaign, and the only stats that I can see are for the emails that were sent after the A/B test completed (in this case, all of the remaining emails sent with the B subject line). Is there a way to view the stats for the entire campaign, all together?

Add account to main organization
Hi there, Our accountant has been trying to add my email as a user to Campaigns but the "Join Account" link always leads me to the notice that there's a mismatch in the email address. We've double and triple checked but there was no spelling error. We even signed in and out of out accounts but the error still persists. And it says mail is delivered and unopened, i'm not able to understand the difference at all, according to your definition in forums Hard Bounce - An email which is Permanently bounces back to the sender due to "invalid or unknown recipient/account" or "domain does not exist" is called hard bounce. Trying to get my sign up form to work - confirmation URL error
Looking for some help here. I went through Zoho Campaigns, set up an email list and a sign up form. Used a generic template - customized the color and the font, but that's it. Embedded the code on my website, published and then tested it. I got the subscription confirmation email, but then when I clicked on the "Confirm Subscription" button, it brought me to a page that said: Problem in Confirmation. Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please check whether the URL has been entered correctly.
Contacts Not Opening My email Campaign
When I send out my monthly email campaign, I have noticed that a very high percentage (80-90%) of the contacts do not open my email. I realize of course many people will not open certain emails. However, those percentages just seem high and they have been consistently that high ever since I started Zoho Campaigns.. Any reason as to why?
Waiting to be reviewed is taking too long
I have a campaign that was sent for approval...I received the email that it has been approved...but right after another email saying it was changed to "draft". It's still in the review stage. (see attachment) The name of it is "Frederic Terminated" The other 3 are taking just as long. Can you tell me what's going on and how long before I can get it approved? Thanks Pam
