Unable to import HTML and Image Zip
Hi, I'm facing a issue in importing the HTML and image zip file. It uploads till 100% and then nothing, I tried many times, cleared cache and use different browser as well. Attaching the screen image where i'm stuck, its just uploads and screen doesn't show any option to go forward. Need solution on urgent basis Thank youExclude certain contacts from mailing list
In campaigns i would like to be able to do this: "Hey campaign, use this mailing list called "all customers" Now EXCLUDE contacts associated with all Accounts with this custom module called: "Medical Billing" with the drop down selection = Yes So: Take this mailing list and exclude emailing contacts who already have this Medical Billing service. Is this possible? i don't want to have to go into each contact and add if they are a medical billing client or not. for me it is much easier to add ifSyncing with ZOHO CRM

We are trying to add j.marrone@purplepass.com to our Zoho Campaign account but it's saying he is already part of another organization. He tried logging into a campaigns earlier today and it tried to make him setup a new company rather than log into our main campaigns account. Now when I try to add him as a user within our campaigns account, it says he's already part of another one. Hello, I have a my contacts setup in a way similar to the following - Finance - - Banks - Credit Unions Artisans - - Carpenters - Masons - Welders This allows me to either select a segment to send to or an entire group when sending an email. Hi, this is the second time I use campaigns to make a newsletter. First time it took me hours (almost days even) to get the formatting correct. This time it's not really any better... How come that sometimes: - you can select a picture and adjust the size and sometimes you can't and sometimes it's by dragging by the corners of the picture, sometimes it's by adjusting height and width in the menu? - delete is effectively delete and sometimes it's a return (adding space instead of deleting it!) -Purging contacts

This may be a dumb question since it's my first campaign. We have submitted our first campaign for review. I'm not sure what happens next but I'm hoping that we can schedule it to go out in blocks of 1000 (or some other number) so that we aren't overwhelmed with responses. Due to the known issues relating to deliverability, I would like to use an outside vendor. I know I can easily integrate Mailchimp with CRM, and the automation tools are nice. I would rather stay in the Zoho ecosystem and send mail through campaigns (I also know how much more powerful the automation tools are in campaigns). Hello, I have been experiencing a problem for many months now relating to Zoho Campaigns. When I try to add an image into the campaign builder it loads the image but then I have to drag it to the size I want it to be and this then distorts the image (although it appears normal on the screen) when the image has been sent. I have tried so many ways of resolving the issue such as resizing the image to the required size on photoshop before uploading it to Zoho, also tried not stretching out the imageContent of Excel sheet pasted in zoho campaign does not retain it's format when sent to Gmail Account.
Hello, I have some data in one of my excel sheet. I copied and pasted in Zoho campaign and sent. My problem is that when I opened same campaign in my Gmail account, all the formatting .was gone. I have read the instructions for inserting the First Name merge tag about 25 times and followed them to the letter. I still get $[FNAME]$ showing in my test emails. It looks like Zoho's mailserver at 135.84.81.22 has been blacklisted by SORBS SPAM as of 3 days ago. Is there some kind of process (other than posting here on the forums) that we can go through in order to notify Zoho when this happens? I believe this particular blacklist requires the server's owner to delist it, so it's not something that I can do myself.
