Hello, I am really a novice at this. I am trying to add an email signup form to my Wordpress based website. Zoho directions read: "If you have a WordPress based website, you need to add the script part of sign-up form code in the header section of your website." Can someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to do this? Thanks.Reports not show reality

We have had a lot of soft bounces in recent campaigns. We have telephoned all them and the majority tell us the emaill address we have is correct and they have had no issues with the email box. We have a Drip campaign setup with 5 followup email to a list using Autoresponder - closed group . We would like to remove a contact from the followup drip based if the contact replied to our email. How can I remove this contact from the list? I have created a list of Contacts for a Campaign. Any idea how I can download this list into a CSV/Excel format as it seems impossible to view who you ahve added to the list. Zoho - I'm using www.mail-tester.com to test my emails. I was originally at a "4 out of 10" for my score, and after correcting the content of my email, I was able to achieve a "7 out of 10" score. I continue to have several issues with formatting when creating newsletter through this platform. Any one have any guidance on how to deal with these issues? Hello, We've observed that when we clone a campaign or when we add a chain campaign (copying the content of the first email), the domain names of the links in our emails are rewritten with "survey.campaign-image.com". For example, in a campaign we add a link to "https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/fCiUX7". When I clone the campaign, the link is transformed into "https://survey.campaign-image.com/zs/fCiUX7". I just have to Edit/Save the content without touching anything and it goes back to the rightRemove account
