HELP! Campaigns are coming from contact owner in CRM, not from the defined sender in Campaigns!
I have a mass email campaign going out to our CRM contact base that I created in Campaigns by setting up a sync. However, instead of each email coming from the user I have defined within the campaign, they are being sent by the contact owner in the CRM. Is this happening due to sync? Is there a button or option I need to deselect so this doesn't happen? We need these emails to come from 1 PERSON ONLY, and it should be the person we set up within the campaign. Thank you, Julie
Automation send settings
Have a mail drip campaign set up with automation that includes several messages. The first message is an "introduction" and the 2nd email is a follow-up. I have created a sync with CRM that the drip will be sent to, but I have already sent the introduction manually to a portion of my list. When I activate the new automation, will EVERYONE on the new list get the intro email? Or only people added to the list AFTER I activate the campaign? Please advise.

autoresponder manual added contacts
We collect contatcs by request them to fill a sheet in our shop. Then we manually add the contacts to a mailing list inside campaigns. Then we set-up an autoresponder to send a sequence to this contacts but I notice that this is not working. It seems like the autoresponder work only for the subscribers from a form and not directly added. Can some one help me in this?
Email Campaign Sending Very Slow
I'm fairly new to Zoho. I've just recently transferred all of my email lists to Zoho Campaigns and sent my first large email blast out this morning. The email went to 48K recipients. 5 hours later, it's at 11%. At this rate, the email will take 2 days to complete sending. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I've sent smaller email out from Zoho (1K) and they've sent rather quickly, so I'm surprised at this slow rate. Please help!

Hello, I'm wondering, how can we make a CTRL Z or a cancel in my last action, it is kinda frustrating when you do something and it didn't turns out the way you expected, but there is no way (or I just didn't find out) to cancel and go back to my last move. URGENT- images not totally loading in email newsletter
Hi- I am looking to get our first company newsletter out today, and in sending a few test emails, we are finding that emails are coming through differently for some people. To one, NO images whatsoever are loading. For another employee, they are receiving the email and the pictures with no problem, but the bottom-half of the email is being "clipped" short and in an uneven way. Campaign do not get the recipients
I created numerous email campaigns and sent them to my clients. Out of 300 e-mail addresses only some 30-50 get them regularly, although campaigns were marked as delivered in Zoho Campaigns; Even on my address maryana.pokhylko@artoftravel.com.ua I get only test variant. What is wrong? How do we avoid this in the future?

CRM Campaigns integration gone wrong
Hi, my colleague and I are on the same organization in CRM but cannot connect in Campaigns. He tried to integrate my account with his Campaigns account and now we are stuck. He cannot remove the account integration anymore and I cannot sync contacts. 2 Problems: . Why can't we see each other in Campaigns although we are in the same realm in CRM? . HTML Email edits not getting saved
I've just cloned my message in autoresponder, tried to edit it in the HTML edit, save it using "Save+Close" and it doesn't save. If I go back into the editor, it still displays the old HTML e-mail. Why is this happening?

soft bounce email addresses disappear from campaigns
a number of emails imported from CRM soft bounced on an email campaign sent in Feb 27th 2015. The emails did not transfer to hard bounce but completely disappeared from Campaigns. How do I re-instate as they are all to a key client! Zoho said they would fix but we have just found out they haven't been!

I've integrated my Zoho Campaigns account with my Google Analytics account. The integration page shows they are linked, but when I click on any campaign and try to view the analytics, I get the message: No report available for this campaign since you've either not configured your account or you've configured a invalid account. Merge Fields not working on some lists
I sent an email with Dear and personalized the first name with the merge field. On some of the lists the email was sent to it merged on others it did not. It was all sent at one time. All the lists have the default first name and last name. The only difference is I created the lists it worked on and someone else created the lists it did not work on. Any help is welcome!

Soft Bounces to good email addresses
We have had a lot of soft bounces in recent campaigns. We have telephoned all them and the majority tell us the emaill address we have is correct and they have had no issues with the email box. Why do we get large numebrs of soft bounces? We need to understand the problem before three soft bounces tunrs them all into hard bounces.
Removing a contact from Campaigns Drip followup.
We have a Drip campaign setup with 5 followup email to a list using Autoresponder - closed group . We would like to remove a contact from the followup drip based if the contact replied to our email. How can I remove this contact from the list? A follow-on question, Does the emails get removed from the follow-on emails if a contact/email is bounced, spam, unsubscribed or do we have to manually do this?
Campaign contacts list
I have created a list of Contacts for a Campaign. Any idea how I can download this list into a CSV/Excel format as it seems impossible to view who you ahve added to the list. Plus when you 'Add existing contacts' and try to populate with more than '10' the list changes everytime it is refreshed so difficult to keep track of who is added to the list.
