Unable to add a user to Campaigns
Hi, We have added a user suhas[dot]kulkarni[at]bankerbay[dot][com] to our CRM account but when we add this user to Campaigns we get the error saying "This user already exists in some other Organizations". Screenshot attached. Could you please help. We saw that you will have to remove this user from the other organization for this to work. Automatically Delete Contacts
After an automation email is completed, please give the option to automatically deleted the contact. We are constantly adding new contacts that we want to receive the trickle, after that we want them deleted. There is no reasonable way to do this!!!

When I tried to create the custom field it said I had reached the limit and couldn't create any more. I deleted an existing custom field and tried to create the custom field I need but it still says I've reached my limit. Update of CRM views when synching
We have a CRM view called "Prospects" that synchronizes to Campaigns. When a Prospect makes a purchase, we update a field to "Contracted" and this contact then disappears from the CRM Prospects view. However, he does not disappear from the Prospects list in Campaigns and he continue to get sales e-mails, even though he is already a customer. How we do we remove a subscriber who is no longer a member of a CRM view automatically?
Is it possible to import a new variable data field into an existing database
The Mass Update function only seems to allow us to import a single piece of static data to an existing database so is there some way of being able to append other data to an existing database? I have a customer who wants to send me an individual coupon code generated by them to add as a custom merge field for every record on our database. Is it possible to add this somehow please?

How do I create a report to determine which subscribers never open their mails?
I want to run a report that shows me how many campaigns a subscriber has received, how many of the campaigns they opened and how many remained unopen. I want to clean up the list (it's a blog) and delete people who have subscribed but never open them. How do I do this?

Hello, As usual, I created an e-mail and send it for review Unfortunately, the e-mail hasen't been approved because of the e-mail answer (that was "echy.noreply@gmail.com). Usually it works. So my campaign can be approuved, I created another e-mail : "echy.serviceclient@gmail.com" , i send my campaign for review but it is still not approuved ! I have two fields in my subscriber list - one for email type (e.g., promotions, events, newsletter) and one for topics (e.g., millennials, multicultural, Hispanic/Latino). I have found it is easier for me to create the email in a graphics program, snip it and import it as a picture for the content.
