Other users in my organization cannot access customized templates
Another user from my company's zoho account cannot view the templates I have customized and saved in the templates library even though I have made him admin. Why?Other users in my organization cannot access Templates library
I designed an email template to be used as an autoresponder for leads who sign up on our website. It is in the campaign library under customized templates. My colleague who is handling the Sales IQ account cannot access them even though he has a zoho campaigns which I invited him to and I have authenticated him. He also says even if he can see this template, it has to be in Zoho CRM for him to be able to import it to IQ, that he cannot import from campaigns. Please help, urgently. Hello, I've a problem, the mails received by Lotus Notes clients don't show images, unfortunately many of my customers have this client. I created a campaign with editor html and I uploaded image using the insert image option in editor toolbar. I have an email auto responder that gets sent if the campaign email is opened (call this email 1) If recipient opens email 1, I want email 1A to go to them. Good Afternoon, I have been trying to pinpoint this cause of this issue for sometime now. Has anyone figured out a solution? When I clone a campaign, some (but not all) images disappear and I must reinsert them. We send region specific content to varied lists, but would like the over all format including the pictures to remain the same. Reinserting the pictures takes a great deal of time. Any advice? Hi there! I created a new email campaign this morning: Dell SonicWALL: TZ and NSA Promo. I didn't use a Zoho Template for this mailer but used Photoshop instead and saved it as a html, as I always do. When I checked the mailer after uploading the content (html & images) the result was ok. Unfortunately, after execution i noted that the mailer was not fully loaded (see 1st attach). The first half (see 2nd attach) wasn't visible . After clicking 'view this email in a browser' the mailer is loaded correctly.Do you have to verify both DKIM & SPF records, or will just one suffice?

My hosting provider recently upgraded and changed my web server, giving me cause to make changes to my somewhat convoluted setup due to separate domain, email and hosting providers...! I notice that the Email Authentication (SPF/DKIM) cannot be re-verified. That is, once verification is done, you cannot test again to make sure the settings are still good.
