How to use a synced list by other users?
Goodmorning, I would like to add a synced list by my collaborator to my list of contact. The thing is : my collaborator and I have the same privileges in zoho but i cant use the list she created even if she synced it on our account. I hope that makes sense... Can you help me? We didn't realize we did not have an SPF record set up, so a lot of valid addresses got moved to the bounce list. Now that we have figured out the problem, we would like to start over. Hi, I'm doing a campaign with Zoho Campaign to a target list. What I'd like to do is to if for example a customer open the email but doesn't click the link; I would like to send that information to our Sales Account Manager so he can call the customer saying ''hey you saw our email but didn't reply or seem interested, I'd like to tell you more about the offer...'' Anyone can point me to a template that supports multiple columns, AND still look optimised for both mobile and desktop? It seems like I can't get multiple columns to slide and stack on mobile (the problem is the Gmail app on iOS, works fine on Android) unless I use one of the smart templates, but that's just super narrow and not ideal for desktop... Anytime I work on a campaign, if I go "backward", I return to the whole list of all campaigns ; it would be useful to return to the previous screen and stay in the campaign I am working on. Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see the detail or edit syncs between CRM and Campaigns. After asking about this on a call, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. Hi all, In our sign-up form I want future subscribers to select their field(s) of interest. So I can segment our mailing list using these criteria. Is there an alternative for the Multiset picklist? I'm pretty sure that our readers will be able to select all three of the options. Or the ones above and below each other. But I'm also sure that some of them will not be able to select 1 and 3 (see attachment). Because to do so, they'll have to press Ctrl + Caps Lock and then click. Hello, I know when creating a campaign you can create a link to a document in your documents library, but can you create a link to a folder of documents?
