Hi I would like set on zoho campaign an "autoresponder" based on email unopened. More precisely what i need is to send a "second" email after "n" days for those target who have recived the first one without actually click on the link inside the email. is there any way to do that with zoho campaign? Syncing to different mailing list
Hi, I have a paid for subscription to Zoho campaigns and I have been successfully syncing new contacts from Zoho CRM to a mailing list that automates a series of emails to the contacts as they get added to Zoho CRM. I am now looking to add new contacts to different mailing lists to receive different series' of emails based on how the contact was introduced to us. Trouble with Sender Address in Campaigsn
Hi, For some reason I cannot change the Sender Adress of my email campaign. Even though I enabled the privilege under Settings tab —>Manage Users —>Privilege —>Use Sender/Reply to Address —>All users -->Save, no changes. It only shows my email address as an option and as soon as I try to enter another address (info@...) it gives me this error, see screen shot

Email Recipient Activity stated as "Unopened"
Hi, I received feedback from recipients that they did not receive the email (both Inbox & Junk mail). However, it shows on the email recipient activity report as unopened. Has the email been delivered? Or was it lost somewhere in the email server? If it has been delivered, why doesn't it show up in the Inbox or worst case scenario, their junk mail? Thanks!

Where can I find a hard bounce email address that was deleted?
My hard bounces are not being moved to the 'Do Not Mail' list, but are being deleted instead, which is an issue for us as we're losing data. How can we solve this?

Hi There, We have created an autoresponder series which was originally set up so that contacts signed into the 'test mailing list'. The idea is that captured names would go through receiving 8 autoresponders spaced over 6 months or so. Now that it is ready, I need to change this that they go into a list titled 'new leads 2016'. Need to restore a deleted contact list
I was trying to post data from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaign manually. I was able to do it but it saved the pushed data to the wrong list making that list over 800 contacts. I need to restore back prior to the manual push. Also I'm trying to download contacts from a previous correct campaign but after selecting first name. last name, email and mobile, the download only shows the email address. I'm not able to share the document either as a CSV or TSV to show you what I mean. Desperate!

Hello, I understand that for some reason there is a limit on the amount of syncs per month and because I am new to Zoho, through experimentation I have exceeded my limit (without actually ever sending anything). Please could you reinstate my syncs so that I can use the Campaigns module that I pay for? Wrong Button Link URL in Campaign HTML Email!
When I add a button in my email campaign template and use the follwoing URL link http://www.xxx.com/#test to open a registration form on my website the HTML email sent by Zoho Campaign adds a ? to the end of the link (http://www.xxx.com/#test?) in the button so it goes to the website but not the form. Why? The plan text email is correct and works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Team, I use Instapage.com for my landing pages. This provides integration to Zoho CRM for Lead creation. I want to trigger a Zoho Campaigns auto responder as soon as the lead completes the sign up form on the landing page. The problem I have is that the periodic sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaign is only once a day. How can I trigger the Zoho Campaigns Auto Responder instantly. Hi, I have linked my Zoho CRM and my Zoho Campaign a few weeks ago. Normally if I send an email from campaign to one contact (taht is already in my Zoho CRM) I would be suppose to see the email information (open vs non-open) from my Zoho CRM but I don't see that kind of information.....

Exporting data from ZOHO Campaigns for analysis
Hello We've sent a series of e-mails to 1400 customers. Now we want to analyse the results of the 3 e-mails and the 3 resends. It looks as though I have to export data relating to opens, clicks, bounces etc. for each sales person individually and then merge all the data in a spreadsheet so I can analyse. Can not Add users in Zoho Campaigns
Dear Zoho Support, We are getting a: "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." for speyton@fonemed.com Can you please delete this record from the other organization if one exists (for campaigns) and allow us to add this user to our instance of Zoho Campaigns. When trying to verify the user via the automated email method - no email is delivered and therefore, we are out of options. Please do not delete this user from the CRM product.

I have my entire biz organization set up with myself as Admin/CEO. I have a "support.ut@powerhouserg.com" account which houses the "not met yet" lists (vs. personal leads we individually know). Adding a hyperlink changes colour to grey
