Which template to use to suit both mobile and desktop?
Anyone can point me to a template that supports multiple columns, AND still look optimised for both mobile and desktop? It seems like I can't get multiple columns to slide and stack on mobile (the problem is the Gmail app on iOS, works fine on Android) unless I use one of the smart templates, but that's just super narrow and not ideal for desktop... Better use of backward and filters in the list of campaigns.
Anytime I work on a campaign, if I go "backward", I return to the whole list of all campaigns ; it would be useful to return to the previous screen and stay in the campaign I am working on. Second thing : when we have a liste of campaigns, we can't make filters by the name of the campaign, or the name of the person in the organization that created the campaign or else. Last thing : when we ask for having 100 campaigns par page (instead of 20), the setting doesn't remain ; it always return to 20.

Hello, We have set up an automated email response for our confirmation emails. We would like to include a membership ID card with the member's name and some other information on it. Is it possible to place merge tags on top of an image? Hey guys, I'm loving the responsive newsletter templates. But I have a question about the use of images. Are there any guidelines to ensure that images are shown properly across all devices? From laptop to smartphone. Do I choose Custom, Original, Fit or... ? What about the Spacing? Is there an ideal size I can rescale to before I upload my image? Thanks for your advice! I'm trying to set up an email campaign and need to add a different sender/reply to email than my login. It says the email I'm adding is a duplicate. How can I use that particular email? It's not in my drop down menu to select senders and I can't see where else it would be duplicated.

I'm not able to select a field in Leads module to push member status from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM. I have created a custom field in Leads module in Zoho CRM to store the member status from an email campaign executed in Zoho Campaigns. The issue is in the configuration of Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM, the Leads field (Campaign Response) to map the member status is not there in the field selection pick list. How can I specify the Campaign Response field to receive the push notification?

Admins cannot see each others' sync details?!
Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see the detail or edit syncs between CRM and Campaigns. After asking about this on a call, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. Please change this, it is a very bad UX to have to bother other users to change or alter syncs.

Sign-up form: alternative to the Multiset picklist?
Hi all, In our sign-up form I want future subscribers to select their field(s) of interest. So I can segment our mailing list using these criteria. Is there an alternative for the Multiset picklist? I'm pretty sure that our readers will be able to select all three of the options. Or the ones above and below each other. But I'm also sure that some of them will not be able to select 1 and 3 (see attachment). Because to do so, they'll have to press Ctrl + Caps Lock and then click. So is there a more

I had several e-mails bounce at a single customer. Per the detailed info provided, the customer's e-mail server was under maintenance at the time my e-mails were attempting to deliver. Now these e-mails are showing as bounced and I can no longer sent e-mail campaigns to this customer. How do I fix this?

Hello, I know when creating a campaign you can create a link to a document in your documents library, but can you create a link to a folder of documents? It would be great to provide our customers with a link to folder of our company user guides and brochures. Or are there any other modules connected to Zoho that allow you to do something like this? Hi, I have a paid for subscription to Zoho campaigns and I have been successfully syncing new contacts from Zoho CRM to a mailing list that automates a series of emails to the contacts as they get added to Zoho CRM. I am now looking to add new contacts to different mailing lists to receive different series' of emails based on how the contact was introduced to us. Hi, For some reason I cannot change the Sender Adress of my email campaign. Even though I enabled the privilege under Settings tab —>Manage Users —>Privilege —>Use Sender/Reply to Address —>All users -->Save, no changes. It only shows my email address as an option and as soon as I try to enter another address (info@...) it gives me this error, see screen shot

Email Recipient Activity stated as "Unopened"
Hi, I received feedback from recipients that they did not receive the email (both Inbox & Junk mail). However, it shows on the email recipient activity report as unopened. Has the email been delivered? Or was it lost somewhere in the email server? If it has been delivered, why doesn't it show up in the Inbox or worst case scenario, their junk mail? Thanks!

Where can I find a hard bounce email address that was deleted?
My hard bounces are not being moved to the 'Do Not Mail' list, but are being deleted instead, which is an issue for us as we're losing data. How can we solve this?
