Campaigns and Zoho Survey integration not working
I am sending a Campaign with a Zoho Survey. The link of the survey button is https://$[ZS:SURVEYURL]$. At the same time I am trying to pass the Name and Lastname information to the survey, to be able to do this I have changed the link to: https://$[ZS:SURVEYURL]$?Name$[FNAME]$ but it does not work properly. With this new link the fields I get in Zoho Survey are empty.
Can you choose a font/font size in a plain text message?
I copied a word document as my message into a plain text email. It lost fonts. I would like this email to look nice, with a font and font size choice. Can I edit my email to get those back? How?

Postponed Syncs in Zoho Campaing
Hi there, We have a problem. I've read Forum & has the similar problem as other guys. According to the rules, I can have 5 active syncs per in Campaigns. At the moment I have the following situation: I have 2 active syncs & 3 are postponed. Can you, please, re-activate these 3 or please, advise, what should I do to reactivate them myself? Hi, I have setup my sync contact correctly, but to my suprise... in my CRM, there is 60 contacts., but in my Zoho campaign list using the sync contact way, I have 86. So now, I need to go and check whats wrong with my sync setting., but I can't view the setting of the sync i created. Anyway to go around this to investigate. thks
Synchronisation problem

Campaign emails being received in Junk
I have done a couple of test campaigns and each time the emails are received in the Junk email box. What can I do to ensure my campaigns don't end up in Junk? I have followed the email tips & tricks to avoid this happening so I don't know what steps to take next. Thanks Kirstie

Autoresponders question
Hello, I'm interested in using autoresponders. Basically someone comes in and then are called to discuss their needs. If we get in touch, we wouldn't want the autoresponder to send anything. If we don't get in touch, we would want the autoresponder to send emails on a frequent basis until we did reach them. Is this possible based upon 'views' in the CRM syncing to the Campaigns module? I've searched and can't find the answer, hence asking here. Apologies if it has already been answered somewhere
Preview email has different font?
I create a campaign with a certain font and the preview email sends a completely different font? Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to get the zoho Campaign Wordpress plugin to function. Initially we validated the key and the integration worked- however we could not see any of the multiple mailing lists we have. So we tried uninstalling the plugin- then re- integrating. Now the plugin integration hangs and does not complete. Please Assist, Thanks

Campaigns From Email
We have been experiencing an odd issue. One of our users creates campaigns and sends them out but they are appearing to our clients to be coming from other employees within our company. It seems random, 2 or 3 will be from me and 5 or 6 from another employee. The users is setting the from email as his but it seems to come from others. In the send details I see that "CRM Data Enabled" is displayed for alternate Sender Email and Reply Email. Does this have something to do with it?

I am evaluating Zoho campaigns for an animal support organization with 500 members. All that is needed is basic distribution list functionality. I would use my Zoho mail but this is highly limited in terms of number of email sent and recipients etc. I was surprised to see that outgoing emails are manually reviewed. Problem with Subscribe in Campaigns
Someone who read my Campaign email tried to subscribe but couldn't get it to work. When I tried a test I also had a problem. I type in information in each of the fields but when I click on "join" nothing happens. When I click on "join" a second time it says "Please correct the marked field(s) below" and highlights the captcha field. But the information in the captcha field was correct and if I try to retype it I get the same message. Any ideas? Thanks. Sam

Send a Campaign to all Contacts in an account where there is a Potential
Currently each Potential in my CRM has one Contact associated to it which means there is one e-mail address to sync to Campaigns and send marketing material to base don the Potential. However this means only one person in that Account receives the e-mail marketing. How can every contact in an account where there is a potential be sync'd to Zoho Campaigns to receive Campaign e-mails?

Hi team, Some background: When I a run a campaign, I check the report on who's opened it. I have created a custom field in Zoho Campaigns called "Campaign Email Opened", and I run a mass update on all those who have opened the email to update this field. How can I sync this field into a custom field in Zoho CRM Contacts? I've tried making the field text, checkbox & pick list with a required field in Zoho CRM, but when I try to map these in the Campaigns to CRM sync it doesn't let me. Any ideas? Thanks
Downgrading Back to the Free Campaign Version
We ungraded to the paid version of campaigns a while back, but since no longer need that many email contacts. When we tried to downgrade back to the free version of zoho campaigns, the option was not available. How do we get back to the free version of campaigns?
Data input for a campaign
I'm currently adding data into a campaign, the problem is every time I update a lead in the campaign it takes me back to the beginning of the campaign and I have to click the arrow until I get back to where I am( currently in the 300's) It's quite frustrating. I've clicked every button and tried everything but regardless of whether I click the "back" button in Zoho or the back button on my web browser, I'm still brought back to the beginning of the campaign
how many times has been openned?
Team, is there any way to see how many times a person open the message? Can't find it. Is a critical information as most of the times the clients just forward to somebody else. We contact first those clients that have a significant amount of openings as they are showing a higher interest (or had forwarded the message to somebody that has). Thanks.
Campaign are not getting logged under respective contact in Zoho CRM
Hi , Highly disappointed. I m using Zoho campaigns from quite a long time, but never faced such problem. From last one month whenever I send any campaigns It is not getting logged in Zoho crm under respective contacts, sometimes for few contacts it gets logged but not for all. I have been complaining about this from last 20 days but its very disappointing that nobody from your side is taking it seriously. Is the plan based on number of subscribers fixed. If the list grows to the next tier will it automatically switch to that one?? If the number of subscribers decrease will the plan switch to the lower tier???
Can not Add users in Zoho Campaigns
Hello, In our organization we have created 2 Zoho users/accounts. We work together in CRM without problems. We were now evaluating Zoho Campaigns App (individually).... I was trying to add the other user in my Zoho Campaing....but i am allways getting the error: This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user If he tries to Add me he got also the same message....what is wrong? How i can solve this? Thanks,
