Regular signouts of Windows Desktop Application
Cliq regularly signs me out of the Windows Desktop Application. It is not consistent; there will be times where it will allow me to stay signed in for 2 days straight and other days where it will sign me out after 4 hours, even while in use. I am using my Google account tied to my Zoho account to sign in, with Google 2FA active. A related issue is that the "Remember me on this PC" does not seem to work with the Google 2FA sign in; it will ask me every time I sign in to go through the 2FA process.SMS Text

We have Cliq on Windows Apps across our office. Starting on 22-05-19 messages have not been notifying the receivers in our entire organization. I found annoying bug that makes Cliq "quick guide" keeps popping up even though I have already been using the application for sometime Every time I open the application, it tells me to "Search at your fingertips!" I, like many people, deal directly with individual clients rather than companies. It's really obnoxious to have to add a client company and treat my client, who is an individual person, as a company. Hello, I am wondering where to submitted change requests. I am unfamiliar with the ZOHO support system. I would like an option to disable or to remove the functionality of the escape key to delete all of the text in the current chat box. I found this by pressing escape multiple times when trying to remove a reply, forward, or user search start at the top of the window. I don't want the escape key to have this function. Perform effective team communication in Zoho Chat with our new 'Reply' option. Converse and stay focussed on the parent conversation, rather than getting entangled in the web of several, never-ending sub threads. To reply to a certain message, all you need to do is hover to the left hand side of the message. Then, click on the three dots to open a pop up menu. Here, click on the Reply button and type the reply to the message in the compose box and press Enter. Voila, that was pretty simple.
