Hi. I have a problem with the Cliq app on Windows 10. At random times my normal screen with the Channels and Contacts on the left and open conversations in the main window etc disappear and I am left with an empty white screen. The only thing visible is the File, Edit, View, Window, Help menu headers at the top left. Clicking anywhere on the screen doesn't return the standard view. Bots are just like your buddies with whom you can interact. They carry out your tasks, keep you notified about your to-dos and come in handy when you need constant updates from a third party application. So, how can you make your bot respond to a message? The bot message handler is a piece of code triggered when a message is sent to the bot. Message handlers help you customise your bot responses to make it look conversational. Perform effective team communication in Zoho Chat with our new 'Reply' option. Converse and stay focussed on the parent conversation, rather than getting entangled in the web of several, never-ending sub threads. To reply to a certain message, all you need to do is hover to the left hand side of the message. Then, click on the three dots to open a pop up menu. Here, click on the Reply button and type the reply to the message in the compose box and press Enter. Voila, that was pretty simple.
