Skype integration
Forgive me if this has already been asked, but I find the group chat most convenient and have all but gotten rid of all of my IM client software except Skype (I don't really mind having Skype running also, but I would just like to use it for phone and Video, not the chat part). Are there plans to add skype chat integration into the possible account logins in group chat? I have heard that before that their API integration is hard to work with, is that the problem? Surely I can't be the only one
Cliq and Zabbix Integration
Hi, I currently have Zabbix integrated with Telegram. Every alert that appears on Zabbix, the system sends a message to Telegram. I'd like to retire Telegram and migrate to Cliq, so every time Zabbix alerts you, a message will be sent to Cliq. Can anyone create this API? My Zabbix is internal and not published on the internet. Tks in advance.

My users are constantly looking up prices on desktop and in the field. Instead of the CRM I created a priceBot in Cliq that searches for a product name or part of it and spits results back to the user. Might come in handy for someone. Question about typing indicator feature
I'm in need of a multi-user chat environment with a typing indicator (by which I mean, something that says "so-and-so is typing" when someone is typing) which works with multiple users in a chat (not just 1-on-1 IMs.) Can I do this with any sort of zoho chat?
Integrate zoho chat (live support) with zoho crm
Does zoho live support (chat) integrate with zoho crm? 1. We want to be able to create and manage leads/contacts while working in Live Support. Is there a way to do this? 2. We want to be able to associate the chat record with the contact (along with emails and phone calls), so we can later have a full picture of the communications. Is there a way to do this? 3. We are really looking for an enterprise class livesupport integration (like salesforce + liveperson). Is this something we can do in zoho?

This is my site (for now) Hello, This is my site. I have owned it for a year or so. It is a good thing for my life because I can use it on many different levels. I have noticed that ZOHO Chat can be embedded. This is great. I can add Chat to my website and use the main board on my computer to relate and chat with visitors to my site. I never thought anything like this could be free. I think I can use ZOHO products for more than just chat. Hopefully, there will be some live chat or live-video
What will go away when my free trial ends?
My free trial is about it end. First, I am unsure how to know when it ends. Also, what features will be inaccessible if I do not upgrade?
User can see me as a contact but I can't see them.
They can chat with me by clicking my name in thier contacts but I cannot initiate a chat because its not listed in my contacts. I have tried to add via zoho id and email address many times. It says contact added successfully but it never shows in contact list. And when he starts a chat with me it shows his name a s 'rick'. In his account and with other chat contacts, his full name appears.

adding non-zoho users to chat
when i click add contact and attempt to fill in the email field with an email id of someone outside of zulu, the field below (zoho id) has my id selected. So when i hit add it fails to send the invite ? The help says just put in the email address if they aren't a zoho user - I'm trying to do just that. This seems like a prettty basic function - what am i missing here?
Invites to Chat group members
I set up a group for the Chat application and in the group view screen in the 'Pending invitations' screen I still have all the emails of my selected group members--- when I talk to them no one has received any invitations... what am I doing wrong? Thank you Natalia

Can't rename contacts
Last week, I was able to chat with contacts, and then rename them by clicking (or double-clicking, can't remember) the title bar of the chat window. This week, I can't. Is there an easy way to rename contacts?

I don't get it. How do you release a chat product that does not allow the customer on the other side of the chat to see if someone is there? Everything works as expected except a customer has NO IDEA if the chat session is actually active. If no one on the support side answers after 60 seconds then the customer gets a "Sorry Support team is unavailable. Please try again later" message. It does not matter if the support rep is Active, Busy, Invisible or logged out. Also it would be nice to have
Zoho chat does not login
I cant login to Zoho chat from within Zoho Business, if I open it from "chat.zoho.com" then I can get in but I try from within my Zoho Business account it says "Loading...Please wait" forever and does not logs in. How I can I fix this? Thank you

Mass IM address import
I would like to see a tool that would allow an import of existing IM addresses. We currently use Digsby for our IM needs but would love to swap over to Zoho to consolidate platforms. We also maintain our IM addresses in a custom field in Zoho CRM so an export/import tool in Chat would be fantastic.
