Option to specify or disable "Idle" times in preferences
It seems strange to me that my Cliq shows me as "Idle" when I'm using the PC and available just because I haven't interacted with Cliq in a while. I'm far from "Idle" so we're just treating "Idle" and "Available" to mean the same thing. I'd like to suggest a setting to change the timeout or even disable the automatic "Idle" mode.Multi-organization Support - stay signed into multiple Cliq Organizations on Mobile Phone and Web apps
I am trying to advocate Zoho One for many organizations that I influence. I serve on the board of some organizations that we plan to convert to Cliq and am a member of multiple other organizations that some are already using Cliq and others we are working on converting. The problem is I need to stay signed into multiple Cliq organizations on the web and mobile phone applications so that chat requests will notify me. This was possible with Slack, but there does not seem to be any multi-org supportCliq Status Request

After a period of time, the gif pauses and will resume for the timed period with a click or something. They can become very distracting when left on the screen or multiple people use them in a chat.Layout options for chat panes
The Cliq mobile app uses a layout that looks more like SMS and other chat apps with my messages on the right and messages from the person I'm chatting with on the left. I prefer that in a chat with a single individual because it makes it easier to scan up the chat history to find something they said, etc... It would be nice to have the options to toggle the layout of the chat panes on the desktop app so that you could have the default layout it has now, the opposing sides layout like the mobileUnread response indicator in spotlight search dialog
Hi there, For those users who make use of keyboard shortcuts, it would be immensely helpful to include a visible indication of new messages in the spotlight search (ctrl + spacebar) dialog next to each direct, group or channel chat. See attached screenshot for an example. I have noticed that the order of the items in the spotlight search does change if there are new messages, but this does not provide enough information to the user on what is outstanding. A red circle or star next to the name wouldInclude Zoho Chat into standard applications & Chat's "All" tab be default
I have to manually add Zoho chat to application sidebar. It would be nice to just point and click to add this handy application. I guess because it's still beta? Also, I'd like to have an option to set which tab be appear in Chat as default. Currently "Zoho" tab is default, but "All" tab makes more sense.
