Using both Cliq and Connect?
I am wondering if anyone is using both Cliq and Connect? There are several feature overlaps between the two products which can be confusing to the users. It seems to me if the features of both were merged it would make more sense? Your thoughts would be appreciated.seen feature on chat

There is a highlighted message at the bottom of my email window that says "Unable to connect chat server...", and then it says something like "Connecting" or "Trying to connect". I don't want to connect to a chat server... I don't want to see that highlighted message there all the time... and I've found no way to get rid of it. It's kind of alarming. It bugs me to think that my system is trying to do something that I have not requested it to do. Is there a way to get rid of that message? IThis user is no longer active in the organization. So you cannot converse with them.

I'm planning on fading the chat window into my website using jQuery after a certain amount of time - kind of like: The user has spent so much time on this page now, they probably have a question. Obviously it doesn't make sense to display the chat window if none of the support representatives are online. Is there a way to use JavaScript to check that ahead of time? Cliq is nicely integrated into all the zoho apps, but why does the chat window pop up right in the lower center of the screen where it is likely to obscure whatever the user is looking at? It would be very nice if there was an option to appear to thefollowing cliq thread forward

Am I missing something? Great I embed a support chat in my wiki and website Easy to use... except I have to be on the zoho chat browser window to notice that someone has joined. Even if I am on another zoho page. The firefox plugin doesn't notify about a new chat starting (ie. someone types in their name in the embedded chat and awaits to be let in). I deal with individual clients who are not part of or representative of a "company" - it's just a person. When I invite them as a contact and they go to create their account, they're forced to create a "company". This can be confusing and make them feel out of place, as if they don't belong. Until a couple of weeks ago, my users entered the Zoho Cliq Android app without any problems, this week they could not enter the android app, but they could still enter the windows and web apps. I have Windows 10, and have downloaded the Cliq App from the store... but I can not get the App to automatically run in the background at startup... When I turn on my PC, Cliq does not automatically show up in my backgrond programs... I have to open Cliq for it to load in the background... can someone give me some direction or point me to how I can fix this. I am evaluating Zoho for use in our customer care center and have a question about the chat. I see where it seems to be specifically created to be an internal chat between colleagues and groups. The majority of our customer contact will be online chats so I need to know if this internal chat can be utilized as a Website chat program or do we need to fine a compatible, integratable 3rd party chat program?
